8. Whaley was a sitting councillor representing the Herne Hill ward
9. Schumann was a sitting councillor representing the Tulse Hill ward
10. Mountford-Smith was a sitting Councillor representing the Vassall ward
11. Chambers was a sitting councillor representing the Streatham Wells ward
12. Chrichton Stuart replaced Cllr Singh after his resignation in 1993 ^[2]
