The Fa’ language, Lefa’ (also Fak or Lefa), is one of the Bantu languages of Cameroon.

The Bantu languages technically the Narrow Bantu languages, as opposed to "Wide Bantu", a loosely defined categorization which includes other "Bantoid" languages, are a large family of languages spoken by the Bantu peoples throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

Karim Fall better known by his stage name Lefa is a French rapper and dancer. He is a founding member of the French rap / hip hop collective Sexion d'Assaut. He has also released solo materials in 2015 and 2016. In June 2015 he released his debut solo album Monsieur Fall with big commercial success.

Lefa Mosena is a South African first-class cricketer. He was included in the KZN Inland squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup.

Lefa Thaba is a South African cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Gauteng in the 2017–18 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 30 November 2017. In September 2018, he was named in Limpopo's squad for the 2018 Africa T20 Cup. He made his Twenty20 debut for Limpopo in the 2018 Africa T20 Cup on 14 September 2018. He was the leading run-scorer for Limpopo in the tournament, with 101 runs in four matches.

Lefa Tsapi is a Lesotho boxer. He competed in the men's welterweight event at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
