Scott Odenbach is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from the 31st district.
Odenbach served as assistant general counsel for the Florida Department of Education. He is the owner and managing broker at Liberty Tree Properties realty and manages his own law firm. [1] He served as a member of the Spearfish School Board from 2017 to 2020. [2]

Delaware's at-large congressional district is a congressional district that includes the entire U.S. state of Delaware. It is the nation's oldest congressional district,having existed uninterrupted since the 1st United States Congress in 1789. It is also the most populous congressional district in the nation.
