Timothy Peter "T. J." Bell Jr. is an American professional stock car racing driver. He has primarily competed in NASCAR competition, driving in all three national touring series. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, driving the No. 83 Chevrolet Silverado for CMI Motorsports and the No. 12 Silverado for Young's Motorsports.

Matthew D. McCall is an American professional stock car racing former driver, engineer and crew chief. He currently works for Spire Motorsports as Director of Vehicle Performance. He previously crew chiefed for Chip Ganassi Racing and RFK Racing and prior to that was an engineer for Richard Childress Racing and a development driver for Yates Racing.
JTG Daugherty Racing, currently rebranding to Hyak Motorsports, is an American stock car racing team that competes in the NASCAR Cup Series. The team fields the No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 full-time for Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and has a technical alliance with Hendrick Motorsports.
The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series was the 72nd season for NASCAR professional stock car racing in the United States and the 49th season for the modern era Cup Series. The Next Gen car, originally known as the Gen-7 car, is the common name for the racecar that is currently in use in the NASCAR Cup Series. Its use began with the 2022 season. A further evolution of the Generation 6 car, the Next Gen features "improved" aero and downforce packages while introducing new technologies on the track. Contested over 200 laps on the 2.5-mile (4.0 km) asphalt superspeedway, it was the first race of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season. In one of the biggest surprise upsets in Daytona 500 history, Michael McDowell, driving for Front Row Motorsports, won after Team Penske teammates Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski wrecked battling for the lead on the final lap. McDowell was a 100–1 underdog, making his 358th Cup Series start and driving for a team with only two previous Cup Series victories.

The 2024 Goodyear 400 was a NASCAR Cup Series race held on May 12, 2024, at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, South Carolina. Contested over 293 laps on the 1.366-mile (2.198 km) egg-shaped oval, it was the 13th race of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season and the 68th running of the event. Brad Keselowski, driving for his co-owned RFK Racing team, won the race, marking his first win since the 2021 GEICO 500 110 races previously, and in the process becoming the first owner-driver to win a Cup race since Tony Stewart at the 2016 Toyota/Save Mart 350, and it was Ford's first win with the seventh-generation Mustang. Ty Gibbs finished second, and rookie Josh Berry came home in third. Denny Hamlin and Chase Briscoe rounded out the top five, and William Byron, Bubba Wallace, Alex Bowman, Justin Haley, and Michael McDowell rounded out the top ten.
The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series will be the 77th season for NASCAR professional stock car racing in the United States and the 54th season for the modern-era Cup Series. The season will start with the Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium on February 2 at Bowman Gray Stadium, followed by the Bluegreen Vacations Duel on February 13, and the 67th running of the Daytona 500 on February 16, both at Daytona International Speedway. The season will end with the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway on November 2.
Cameron "Cam" Strader is an American former professional stock car racing driver who has competed in the ARCA Re/Max Series from 2002 to 2003. He is a former champion of the now defunct NASCAR Goody's Dash Series, having won the championship in 2001. After his driving career ended, he has since worked for teams like Stewart-Haas Racing, Kaulig Racing, Petty GMS Motorsports, Richard Childress Racing, and JR Motorsports.
