The 2004 Washington lieutenant gubernatorial election was held on November 2, 2004. Primary elections took place on September 14. [1]

Incumbent Democratic lieutenant governor Brad Owen, first elected to the office in 1996, was re-elected to a third term in office, defeating Republican challenger Jim Wiest in a landslide. [2]
