This is a list of the Belgium national team games between 1905 and 1919.
Throughout this period they only played friendlies, however, a substantial part of these can be considered to be part of minor tournaments, since all friendly matches against the Netherlands were played for a Cup: the Coupe Vanden Abeele during the matches in Belgium and the Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad Beker when the encounter took place in the Netherlands. Throughout this period Belgium had their first international duels with France, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland. Because of the First World War, no matches were played in the years 1915–1918.
Between their first match against France in 1904 and 1919, Belgium played in 47 matches, resulting in a negative balance of 24 losses against 18 wins (and 5 draws).

The Belgium national football team has officially represented Belgium in men's international football since their maiden match in 1904. The squad is under the global jurisdiction of FIFA and is governed in Europe by UEFA—both of which were co-founded by the Belgian team's supervising body, the Royal Belgian Football Association. Periods of regular Belgian representation at the highest international level, from 1920 to 1938, from 1980 to 2002 and again from 2014 onwards, have alternated with mostly unsuccessful qualification rounds. Most of Belgium's home matches are played at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels.

The 1980s were the most successful decade in the existence of Belgium's national football team, as they appeared in four of the five major tournaments and also reached their best positions so far: second place at Euro 1980 and fourth place at the 1986 World Cup. Apart from their appearances at end stages, they ensured qualification for the 1990 World Cup during the last years of the decade. Overall, the balance was positive with 39 wins versus 24 losses.
