Glissandra is a genus of heterotrophic gliding biflagellate protists. It belongs to the monotypic family Glissandridae and monotypic order Glissandrida. It contains three species; the type species Glissandra innuerende, Glissandra similis and the newly described Glissandra oviformis. [1] [2] [3]
