OurBus Inc. is a broker for motor carriers of passengers, and arranges for the transportation of passengers. [1] The company offers intercity and commuter bus routes serving cities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Massachusetts. The company's first route in New Jersey launched in 2016. [2]

Mar 24, 2021 - Rally and OurBus announced their merger creating a technology company for mass mobility in the United States. [9] [10]

Sept 27, 2021 - The new OurBus route connects four locations in Ontario (Niagara Falls, Mississauga, Toronto, and Scarborough) with a final stop at Buffalo Airport. OurBus service from Buffalo Airport allows riders to continue their trips to western New York state (Rochester, Geneva, Ithaca, Binghamton); Fort Lee, New Jersey; and New York City as the final stop. Oct 15, 2021 - OurBus has started a new bus service connecting New York City to Albany and key points in the Hudson Valley, including New Paltz and Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. The digital intercity travel company doesn’t actually own its fleet of buses, it acts as a technology platform that creates a network of services by sourcing available independent charter buses that are often used by schools or churches. The Joseph Scelsi Intermodal Transportation Center is a transit facility located in downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States. The $11 million facility is named after Joseph Scelsi, a longtime State Representative who represented Pittsfield. Owned by the Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA), it is serviced by local BRTA bus services, Amtrak intercity rail service, and Peter Pan intercity bus service. The second floor of the building houses two classrooms used by Berkshire Community College and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Transportation in New York is made up of some of the most extensive and one of the oldest transportation infrastructures in the country. Engineering difficulties because of the terrain of the State of New York and the unique issues of New York City brought on by urban crowding have had to be overcome since the state was young. Population expansion of the state generally followed the path of the early waterways, first the Hudson River and then the Erie Canal. Today, railroad lines and the New York State Thruway follow the same general route.

The company provided bus service from the Reading and Lehigh Valley regions of eastern Pennsylvania to Philadelphia and New York City. The company was founded by Carl R. Bieber in 1946. Bieber ended operations on February 8, 2019.

Martz Group is a bus company headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, operating intercity commuter buses, charter buses, and tours. Martz is a part of the Trailways Transportation System, a network of approximately 70 independent bus companies. Martz Group operates Martz Trailways, which provides intercity commuter bus service from the Wyoming Valley cities of Wilkes-Barre and Scranton and the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania to New York City and Philadelphia. Martz Group operates the Gold Line commuter service and Gray Line sightseeing service in Washington, D.C.. Martz operates the National Coach Works in Virginia, and the First Class Coach Company Trailways serving Tampa and St. Petersburg in Florida. Martz Bus operates two Amtrak Thruway Connecting Service lines is Florida and Pennsylvania. Martz Group also uoffers interstate and intrastate charter bus services.

Klein Transportation is a bus provider based in Douglassville, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1957 initially as a school bus service provider, the company started offering charter buses and tours in 1979 and intercity commuter routes in February 2019.
