The British GT Championship is a sports car racing series based predominantly in the United Kingdom. The series was originally created by the British Racing Drivers' Club in 1993 and, for its first two seasons, was known as the National Sports GT Challenge. The series is currently run by the SRO Motorsports Group, while Pirelli began its first season as the championship's official sole tyre supplier in 2016.
SRO Motorsports Group is an international sporting organisation best known for promoting and running a variety of racing events and series, including the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, Intercontinental GT Challenge and Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe.
Group GT3, known technically as Cup Grand Touring Cars and commonly referred to as simply GT3, is a set of regulations maintained by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) for grand tourer racing cars designed for use in various auto racing series throughout the world. The GT3 category was initially created in 2005 by the SRO Motorsports Group as a third rung in the ladder of grand touring motorsport, below the Group GT1 and Group GT2 categories which were utilized in the SRO's FIA GT Championship, and launched its own series in 2006 called the FIA GT3 European Championship. Since then, Group GT3 has expanded to become the de facto category for many national and international grand touring series, although some series modify the ruleset from the FIA standard. By 2013, nearly 20 automobile manufacturers have built or been represented with GT3 machines.

The 2019 Autobacs Super GT Series was a motor racing championship based in Japan for grand touring cars. The series is sanctioned by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) and run by the GT Association (GTA). It was the twenty-seventh season of the Japan Automobile Federation Super GT Championship which includes the All Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (JGTC) era and the fifteenth season the series has competed under the Super GT name. It was the thirty-seventh overall season of a national JAF sportscar championship dating back to the All Japan Sports Prototype Championship. The season began on April 14 and ended on November 24, after 8 championship races & 2 non-championship races.

The races were contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began on 6 April at Sepang and ended on 28 September at Shanghai. It was the first season of the unification of GT3 sprint series across the globe under the World Challenge name.

The 2020 GT World Challenge America powered by AWS is the 14th season of the United States Auto Club's GT World Challenge America, the third season under ownership of the SRO Motorsports Group and the first season without Blancpain sponsorship. The season began on 7 March in Austin and will end on 4 October at Indianapolis.
The 2022 Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia Powered by AWS was the fourth season of the GT World Challenge Asia, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Asia co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races were contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began on 20 May at Sepang in Malaysia and was scheduled to end on 23 October at the new Mandalika Circuit in Indonesia, however the round was cancelled due to homologation issues, therefore the championship finished at the Okayama International Circuit in Japan. It was the second season of the unification of GT3 sprint series across the globe under the World Challenge name and the first since Blancpain ended its title sponsorship of the series.
The 2021 GT America Series was the inaugural season of the SRO Motorsports Group's GT America Series, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars. The races were contested with GT2-spec, GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began at Sonoma on March 6, and ended at Indianapolis on October 17.

The races were contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began on 13 May at the Chang International Circuit in Thailand and ended on 24 September at Sepang in Malaysia.
The 2024 Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia Powered by AWS is the sixth season of the GT World Challenge Asia, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Asia, co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races are contested with GT3-spec cars only, as the GT4 class was dropped from the series and moved to the Japan Cup Series. The season began on 20 April at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia and is scheduled to end on 15 September at Shanghai International Circuit in China.

The races are contested with GT3-spec cars. The season will begin on April at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia and is scheduled to end on October in the new Beijing Street Circuit in China. The series will come to Mandalika Circuit in Indonesia which originated to compete in 2022 before the race cancelled.
The 2024 Japan Cup Series is the third season of the Japan Cup Series, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Japan, co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races are contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The season began on 8 June at the Sportsland SUGO in Miyagi and is scheduled to end on 25 August at Okayama International Circuit in Okayama.

The races are contested with GT3-spec and GT4-spec cars. The series used to compete together alongside GT World Challenge Asia, but as of 2024, the Japan Cup be held as a stand-alone series.
