Asari-chan (あさりちゃん) is a Japanese shōjo slice of life manga series by Mayumi Muroyama. With a total circulation of 28 million copies, it is one of the best-selling manga. It was adapted into an anime television series and an anime film. The TV series was produced by Toei Animation a subsidiary of Toei Company, and directed by Kazumi Fukushima.

Kento Yamazaki is a Japanese actor and model. He is best known for starring in manga adaptations, including the films L DK (2014), Orange (2015), Your Lie in April (2016), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable Chapter I, Psychic Kusuo: The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., Kingdom (2019), and the television series Death Note (2015) and Alice in Borderland (2020–present). His other notable works include Kiss That Kills (2018) and Good Doctor (2018). Yamazaki is under the Japanese talent agency Stardust Promotion.

<i>Minami no Teiō</i> Japanese manga series

Minami no Teiō is a Japanese manga series written by Dai Tennōji and illustrated Rikiya Gō. It has been serialized in Nihon Bungeisha's Weekly Manga Goraku since 1992. It is one of the longest manga series, with 178 volumes published by August 2024. It has been adapted into several live-action films, including original videos and two television films and also into two original video animations.

Yōseiki Suikoden (妖世紀水滸伝) is a Japanese light novel series written by Hitoshi Yoshioka. It was adapted into an original video animation film, Suikoden Demon Century, directed by Hiroshi Negishi and released on September 25, 1993. It was released on VHS & LaserDisc in the United States.

Rio Uchida is a Japanese actress and gravure idol who is affiliated with LesPros Entertainment. She is best known for her role as Kiriko Shijima, the main heroine of the Kamen Rider series Kamen Rider Drive.

Hiroko Okabe, known professionally as Yūka, is a Japanese actress, presenter, and former gravure idol. She is known for playing the lead role in NHK's drama Honjitsu wa Taian Nari and presenting the TBS variety show Ōsama no Brunch. From 1999 to 2001, she received the Golden Arrow Award every year. In 2003, she was given both a Golden Graph Award and the Japan Academy Prize for Best Newcomer.

Shūhei Nomura is a Japanese actor. He was born in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and is of one-quarter Chinese descent and speaks fluent Chinese. In 2009, he was selected from about 30,000 applicants as the winner of the Nationwide Amuse Audition.

<i>Nineteen 19</i> Japanese manga series

Nineteen 19 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shō Kitagawa. It was serialized in Shueisha's seinen manga magazine Weekly Young Jump from 1988 to 1990, with its chapters collected in twelve wideban volumes. An original video animation (OVA) adaptation by Madhouse was released in July 1990.
