Yu-Gi-Oh! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kazuki Takahashi. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine between September 1996 and March 2004. The plot follows the story of a boy named Yugi Mutou, who solves the ancient Millennium Puzzle. Yugi awakens a gambling alter-ego or spirit within his body that solves his conflicts using various games.
Omi Minami is a Japanese voice actress, essayist and columnist. She is mostly known for her work in anime and video game roles, with starring roles as Hyatt in Excel Saga, Ruri Hoshino in Martian Successor Nadesico, Majic in Orphen, as well as Takuro in Di Gi Charat and Fan Xinglou in The Asterisk War. She is best known for voicing the main character Shimajirō Shimano in the Shimajiro TV series and Shimajiro film series.
Sorcerous Stabber Orphen is a Japanese light novel series written by Yoshinobu Akita. It was adapted into manga, two anime television series and a video game.
Nihon Ad Systems, Inc., NAS for short, is a Japanese anime production and character merchandising company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the advertising agency Asatsu-DK. The "Ad" in its title is an abbreviation for "Animation Development". Along with Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan, Bandai Namco Filmworks, Toei Animation and TMS Entertainment, it is a co-founder and shareholder of the Japanese anime television network Animax. It has its headquarters in Toranomon Hills, Minato, Tokyo.
Ken'ichirō Ōhashi, better known by the stage name Kenn, is a Japanese actor, voice actor and singer from Tokyo, Japan. He made his debut as a voice actor in 2004 in the Japanese anime Yu-Gi-Oh! GX as Judai Yuki, the protagonist of the series and his most known role. He also performed in the musical adaptation of the popular sports anime The Prince of Tennis as Yuta Fuji, the younger brother of Seigaku's Shusuke Fuji. He was the vocalist and keyboardist of the rock band The NaB's in 2003 until October 2006 before it was suspended, leading him to pursue a solo career in 2009. KENN played the part of Ikuto in the musical adaptation of Peach Pit's manga Shugo Chara.
Tweeny Witches is a Japanese anime television and original video animation series. Produced by Studio 4°C, the series is directed by Yoshiharu Ashino and written by Shinji Obara. Inspired by Through the Looking-Glass, the story follows a young human girl who finds herself trapped in a magical world filled with witches, warlocks, and fairies. In 2003, it was announced at the Tokyo International Anime Fair that the anime Magical Girl Squad Arusu was going to be made. The series first aired between April 9, 2004, and March 4, 2005; in all, 40 episodes were made plus an OVA that contains 6 episodes which were released in 2007.
ETC is a Chilean cable television channel currently owned by Mega. The channel's slogan is "Todo pasa por Etc...". Launched in 1996, the company was previously owned by Telefilms Ltda. Starting with a low budget, the channel was originally conceived as a "miscellaneous" channel, focusing on children's programming and some North American sitcoms in its first year. In 1997, when the channel aired Sailor Moon and Saint Seiya, it experienced an increase in its ratings, leading it to narrow its focus to include primarily Japanese anime, though, in recent years, it has also added some South Korean programming including K-pop and K-dramas.
Studio Deen Co. Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio founded in 1975 by former Sunrise producer Hiroshi Hasegawa, along with a team of ex-Sunrise animators. The studio owns three subsidiaries: Danny Donghua (丹尼動画), a Chinese sub-contracting studio; Megumi (め組), a digital work sub-contracting studio; and Umidori (うみどり), a 3DCG sub-contracting studio. Studio Deen has been operating as a subsidiary of IMA Group since 2011.
Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel is a magical girl anime television series produced by Pierrot which aired from 1983 to 1984 on Nippon Television. It went on to have four OVA adaptions and featured in other Studio Pierrot special presentations. A three-volume manga was released during the original TV run, with the story written by Kazunori Itō and art by Yuuko Kitagawa. This was the first magical girl anime to be produced by Pierrot, and the first original work from the studio. In 2005, the web poll for TV Asahi's top-100 anime of all time saw Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel poll 82nd. The series is currently streaming in North America via Tubi, RetroCrush, Amazon Prime, Midnight Pulp, and AsianCrush, as of Spring 2020. Thus far, a limited DVD release of all 52 episodes has been successfully crowd-funded at Anime Sols.
Magical Princess Minky Momo is a Japanese magical-girl anime franchise by Ashi Productions. The original series ran between 1982 and 1983 on TV Tokyo and inspired three OVAs between 1985 and 1987. A second television series, titled Magical Princess Minky Momo: Hold on to Your Dreams, ran on NTV between 1991 and 1992, and like the original, it spawned home video follow-ups. A third Momo series began in 2004, this time as a manga known as Miracle Dream Minky Momo in Shogakukan's Shōgaku Ninensei magazine.

Yu-Gi-Oh!, known in Japan as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and alternatively subtitled Rulers of the Duel in the United States and Canada, is a Japanese anime series animated by Studio Gallop based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga series written by Kazuki Takahashi. It is the second anime adaptation of the manga following the 1998 anime television series produced by Toei Animation. The series revolves around a young high school boy named Yugi Muto who battles opponents in the Duel Monsters card game. The series begins from chapter 60 in volume 7 before loosely adapting the remaining chapters of the original manga by making story changes that conflict with the events of the manga canon.
Yūsuke Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, Japan. In 2017, he won the Best New Actor Award at the 11th Seiyu Awards.
Witchy Pretty Cure!, also known as Maho Girls PreCure!, is a Japanese anime television series by Toei Animation and the thirteenth installment in Izumi Todo's Pretty Cure metaseries, featuring the eleventh generation of Cures. The series, directed by Masato Mitsuka and written by Isao Murayama with character design by Emiko Miyamoto, aired on ANN television stations between February 2016 and January 2017, succeeding Go! Princess PreCure in its timeslot, and was succeeded by Kirakira Pretty Cure a la Mode. The series' main topic is friendship, while its motifs are magic and jewelry. An adult animated sequel series has been announced by Toei, and is set to premiere in 2024 on ANN's ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block.
Pretty Cure All Stars: Singing with Everyone♪ Miraculous Magic! is a 2016 Japanese animated action fantasy musical film based on the Pretty Cure franchise created by Izumi Todo. The film is directed by Yutaka Tsuchida, written by Isao Murayama, and produced by Toei Animation. The film was released in Japan on March 19, 2016.
