The Tosa Kuroshio Railway is a third-sector railway company in Kōchi Prefecture, Japan. The name comes from the former Tosa Province and the Kuroshio Current. The company was founded in 1986, and operates three lines: a former Japanese National Railways (JNR) line and two planned JNR lines on which construction had commenced but then been suspended due to JNR construction funds being diverted to shinkansen projects in the 1980s. After its formation, the company recommenced construction and subsequently opened the lines and now operates them.

Nahari Station is a passenger railway station located in the town of Nahari, Aki District, Kōchi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the third-sector Tosa Kuroshio Railway with the station number "GN21".

Moshe Ya'ish al-Nahari was a Yemeni Jewish Hebrew teacher and kosher butcher in Raydah, Yemen, who was murdered by a Yemeni Muslim who accosted him near his home demanding that he convert to Islam. Al-Nahari's attacker subsequently boasted of the killing and the prosecution demanded the death penalty. The court ruled that the attacker was mentally unstable and ordered him to pay damages. In the subsequent appeals case, however, al-Abdi was sentenced to death. The murder of al-Nahari was the first of its kind in at least fifteen years.

Nahari is a village in the Khutauna block in the Madhubani district of Bihar in India. There are six villages under Nahari panchayat and they include Bela, Donwari, Sihula, Purvitola, Badi Uthba and Choti Udhba. Nahari is located 6 km from Khutauna, near the Nepalese Border. It belongs to the Darbhanga division. The middle schools and the high schools in the village make an education available to local children. There are also many private English schools. Durga Puja is celebrated in Nahari Chowka and is the biggest festival of the year. Muharram is also famous and is celebrated in Nahari Panchayat. There are many castes in the village such as: Kushwaha, Paswan, Salhaita, Jha, Thakur, and Muslim.
