Extended Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code is an eight-bit character encoding used mainly on IBM mainframe and IBM midrange computer operating systems. It also does not support all of ASCII because the circumflex (^) and grave (`) are missing. It contains a number of ligatures and quotation marks but (‚) (U+201A) is missing, because it is unified with the comma in this codepage. This code page is supported by IBM.
