This article provides details of international football games played by the Russia national football team from 2020 to present. [1] [2] [3]

Contents

On 28 February 2022, FIFA and UEFA suspended the participation of Russia. The Russian Football Union unsuccessfully appealed the FIFA and UEFA bans to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which upheld the bans. [4] Since then, they have played several friendlies against nations friendly to Russia. [5]

    The 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group H was one of the ten UEFA groups in the World Cup qualification tournament to decide which teams would qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup finals tournament in Qatar. Group H consisted of six teams: Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Russia, Slovakia and Slovenia. The teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format.
