Syd was Ned's son, and Harry Donnan was Ned's son-in-law. Jack was Dave and Ned's nephew. Nellie and Louisa Gregory are thought to be pioneering sisters (Ned's daughters) in term of the women's cricket game in Australia.

Duleepsinhji and Hanumant, were the nephews of Ranjitsinhji. Jadeja is the great-grandnephew of Duleepsinhji. Indrajitsinhji was a cousin of Hanumant. Ajay, Hanumant and Indrajitsinhji have all played for India.

The family of Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and former captain of the Pakistan cricket team, is a prominent Pakistani family active in politics and sports. It was formerly the First Family of Pakistan. Imran Khan was born on 5 October 1952 in Lahore to father Ikramullah Khan Niazi, a civil engineer, and mother Shaukat Khanum. He grew up as the only son in the family, with four sisters. Paternally, Khan belongs to the Niazi Pashtun tribe which has long been settled in Mianwali in northwestern Punjab. Khan's mother hailed from the Burki Pashtun tribe settled in Jalandhar, Punjab, which emigrated a few centuries ago from South Waziristan in the tribal areas of northwest Pakistan. Khan's maternal family has produced several great cricketers, the most prominent of whom are Javed Burki and Majid Khan.

Thomas Kevin Curran, is an English cricketer who represents England in Test matches, One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. He plays for Surrey County Cricket Club in English domestic cricket. He is a right-arm fast-medium bowling all-rounder. He made his international debut for England in June 2017. He is the son of former Zimbabwe international cricketer Kevin Curran, and the brother of both Northamptonshire CCC batsman Ben Curran and England and Surrey all-rounder Sam Curran.

The Pakistan national cricket team toured England, Wales and Ireland from 3 July to 7 September 2016 for a four-match Test series, a five-match One Day International (ODI) series and a one-off Twenty20 International (T20I) against the England cricket team. The England cricket team toured the West Indies between January and March 2019 to play three Tests, five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The series included England's first Test match in Saint Lucia, when they played at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground. It was also England's first tour to the West Indies to play all three formats of international cricket since they visited in 2009. The ODI fixtures were part of both teams' preparation for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.

The 2019 ICC World Cricket League Division Two was an international cricket tournament that took place in April 2019 in Namibia. It was contested by six teams; Canada, Hong Kong, Oman, Papua New Guinea, the United States and tournament hosts Namibia. It formed part of the 2017–19 cycle of the World Cricket League (WCL) which determined the qualification for the 2023 Cricket World Cup. The final and third-place playoff match were granted One Day International (ODI) status by the International Cricket Council. Namibia won the tournament, after they beat Oman by 145 runs in the final. It was Namibia's first win in an ODI match, and it was the first ever ODI match played by Oman.

<i>Mariam Khan – Reporting Live</i> Indian television series

Mariam Khan - Reporting Live is an Indian television series that aired on Star Plus and on Disney+ Hotstar. The series premiered on 21 May 2018, and was produced by Majid Azam and Afaque Azam. It starred Mahima Makwana and Param Singh.

The Afghanistan cricket team played the West Indies cricket team in India in November and December 2019 to play one Test, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. It was the first Test match that Afghanistan played against the West Indies. The two teams had played each other ten times before, with the majority of matches in the Caribbean, with this being Afghanistan's fourth Test match. All the matches were played at the Ekana International Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup final</span> Cricket match

The 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup final was a Twenty20 International cricket match played at MCG in Melbourne, Australia on 13 November 2022 to determine the winner of the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. It was played between England and Pakistan, with both the teams eyeing their second ICC Men's T20 World Cup title. England won the match by 5 wickets to win the title for the second time. Having also won the 2019 Cricket World Cup Final, England became the first men's team to hold the ODI World Cup and T20 World Cup titles at the same time.
