Caesium phosphate, Cs3PO4, is a phosphate of caesium [1] that is highly soluble in water.

Contents

Use

Caesium phosphate can be used as an n-dopant to enhance the conductivity of the electron transport layer in organic light-emitting diodes. [2]

Several caesium hydrogen phosphates (CsxHy(PO4)z·nH2O) have been characterized. [3] [4]

Several mixed phosphates such as caesium–manganese phosphate (CsMnPO4), [5] caesium–cobalt phosphate (CsCoPO4), [6] and caesium–magnesium phosphate (CsMgPO4) [7] also exist.
