Enrico Gualtieri (born 21 February 1975) is an Italian engineer. As of 2024, he is serving as head of power unit for Scuderia Ferrari.
Gualtieri was gratuated from University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a degree of mechanical engineering in 2000. He came to Ferrari to work on his thesis, and stayed with the team since then. [1] Being promoted step by step, he was appointed as head of power unit in 2019, and was named technical director of power unit in 2023. [2]

Founded in 1939 by Enzo Ferrari (1898–1988), the company built its first car in 1940, adopted its current name in 1945, and began to produce its current line of road cars in 1947. Under his leadership, Scuderia Ferrari won 9 drivers' world championships and 8 constructors' world championships in Formula 1 during his lifetime. He was widely known as il Commendatore or il Drake, a nickname given by British opponents in reference to the English privateer Francis Drake, due to Ferrari's demonstrated ability and determination in achieving significant sports results with his small company. In his final years, he was often referred to as l'Ingegnere, il Grande Vecchio, il Cavaliere, il Mago, and il Patriarca.

Sauber Motorsport AG is a Swiss motorsport engineering company. It was founded in 1970 by Peter Sauber, who progressed through hillclimbing and the World Sportscar Championship to reach Formula One in 1993. Sauber operated under their own name from 1993 until 2005 and from 2011 until 2018. They were known as BMW Sauber from 2006 to 2010 and as Alfa Romeo from 2019 to 2023 in partnership deals with BMW and Alfa Romeo, respectively. Sauber returned in 2024 as Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, and is set to be the Audi works team from 2026 onwards, with the German outfit planning to acquire the Swiss team.

The brand has competed in motor racing as both a constructor and engine supplier sporadically between 1950 and 1987, and later as a commercial partner between 2015 and 2023. The Ferrari SF90 is a Formula One racing car designed and constructed by Scuderia Ferrari to compete during the 2019 Formula One World Championship. Aston Martin is a British car manufacturer that has participated in Formula One in various forms and is currently represented by a team named as Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team. Enrico Cardile is an Italian aerodynamicist who will commence work as chief technical officer for the Aston Martin Formula One team in 2025. He previously worked for Scuderia Ferrari, where he took charge of the Aerodynamics Department and worked as the vehicle project manager.
