The Etrich Taube, also known by the names of the various later manufacturers who built versions of the type, such as the Rumpler Taube, was a pre-World War I monoplane aircraft. It was the first military aeroplane to be mass-produced in Germany.

Franz Kalchmair was an Austrian operatic bass and interpreter of Bach cantatas along with other sacred or clerical music. As an opera singer, he is known for portraying such humorous roles as the pig farmer in Johann Strauss' The Gypsy Baron.
The Lohner–Porsche Mixed Hybrid was the first gasoline-electric hybrid vehicle, and was developed by Ferdinand Porsche at Lohner-Werke. First prototypes were two-wheel drive, battery-powered electric vehicles with two front-wheel hub-mounted motors. A later version was a series hybrid using hub-mounted electric motors in each wheel, powered by batteries and a gasoline-engine generator.
The Lohner E was a reconnaissance flying boat built in Austria-Hungary during World War I. The "E" stood for Igo Etrich, one of the Lohner engineers. It was a conventional design for its day with biplane wings that featured slight sweepback, and an engine mounted pusher-fashion in the interplane gap. Its crew of two was seated in an open cockpit.
The Lohner 10.15, also known as Schichtpreis Eindecker Type 1914, Lohner A 23, Gnome-Etrich and by its c/n AD 489, was a monoplane racing aircraft designed and built in late 1913 for the 1914 Schichtpreis race. Requisitioned at the start of World War I by the Luftschifferabteilung (LA), the sole 10.15 remained active as a trainer until at least November 1917.
