The Rural Municipality of Gull Lake No. 139 (2016 population: 201) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 8 and SARM Division No. 3. It is located in the southwest portion of the province.

The RM of Gull Lake No. 139 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the second Tuesday of every month. ^[3] The reeve of the RM is Elizabeth Kramer while its administrator is Jeanette Kerr. ^[3] The RM's office is located in Gull Lake. ^[3]
