The 2013 North Miami mayoral election took place on May 14, 2013 and June 4, 2013, to elect the mayor of North Miami, Florida. The election was officially nonpartisan. Lucie Tondreau was elected after a runoff election between her and former mayor Kevin Burns. [1] The first round was held on May 14, 2013.

Cutler Bay is an incorporated town in Miami-Dade County, Florida established in 2005, with a population of approximately 43,718 as of 2019.
Hialeah is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. With the population of 233,339 at the 2019 United States Census, Hialeah is the sixth-largest city in Florida. It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,198,782 people at the 2018 census. It is located west-northwest of Miami, and is the only place in the county, other than Homestead, Florida, to have its own street grid numbered separately from the rest of the county.
North Miami is a suburban city located in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States, about 10 miles (16 km) north of Miami. Francis Xavier Suarez is an American attorney and politician serving as the 43rd mayor of Miami. He was elected on November 7, 2017 with 86 percent of the vote. Suarez is the first Miami-born mayor. He is a registered Republican, but the office of the City of Miami Mayor is nonpartisan. He previously served as City of Miami Commissioner for District 4, a position he held since he was elected in a runoff election on November 17, 2009. Suarez is the son of former Miami Mayor and current Miami-Dade County Commissioner Xavier Suarez.
