Dragon Group is a group of garment factories and other companies in Bangladesh. The group produces mainly for the international market and exports to more than 30 countries, especially the United States and Canada. Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC (IBBPLC) is an Islamic banking company based in Bangladesh. It became incorporated on 13 March 1983 as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1913 and started operation on 30 March, the same year. IBBPLC maintains its own ATM Booths with a country-wide shared ATM network. IBBPLC has been the largest private banking network in Bangladesh. When IBBPLC was established, it was the first bank in Southeast Asia to provide banking service based on Shariah. Akij Group is one of the largest Bangladeshi industrial conglomerates. Confidence Group of Companies Limited is a Bangladeshi company, involved in manufacturing mid-tech manufacturing engineering products. The conglomerate commenced its operation in 1991 with cement manufacture, and is involved with power generation and the manufacture of Spun Pre-stressed Concrete (SPC) poles. As of 2017, the conglomerate claims to consist of 8 operational business entities.

Orion Group is one of the largest Bangladeshi industrial conglomerates. The industries under this conglomerate include Orion Pharma Ltd, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure development, agribusiness, hospitality, textiles, aviation etc. Orion was established by Obaidul Karim, the chairman of the group, and Salman Obaidul Karim, his the managing director. It built the Mayor Hanif flyover in Dhaka. The tallest building in Bangladesh, City Centre Dhaka is built by this group. The company is also the sole franchisee of Krispy Kreme and Fish & Co. restaurants in Bangladesh.

Advanced Chemical Industries, more commonly marketed and known as ACI is a Bangladeshi pharmaceuticals and conglomorate company founded in 1973. The firm is headquartered in the thana of Tejgaon I/A, in Dhaka. ACI is one of the leading firms in the pharmaceuticals and chemical industry of Bangladesh.

Earlier, he served as the private sector development affairs adviser to her. He was ranked 1685th on the list of billionaires in the world published by Beijing-based Hurun Gobal in 2017. He is the vice chairman of BEXIMCO Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh. He was the president of several trade bodies including Association of Television Channel Owners (ATCO).

United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) is a commercial bank in Bangladesh. It was established in 1983.

MJL Bangladesh PLC widely known as Mobil Bangladesh, formerly known as Mobil Jamuna Lubricants Limited, is a company that is jointly owned by Jamuna Oil Company, a subsidiary of government-owned Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation and EC Securities Limited, a subsidiary of East Coast Group. Metro Group is a Bangladeshi diversified conglomerate based in Dhaka. It is the parent company of Best Holding Limited which owns Le Meridien Dhaka.

Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited is a major non-bank financial institution in Bangladesh.
