The 2025 Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction will be held on April 1, 2025, to elect the Superintendent of Public Instruction of Wisconsin. The primary election will be held on February 18, 2025, as more than two candidates have filed to run. [1] One-term incumbent Jill Underly is running for re-election.

The incumbent justice, Ann Walsh Bradley, is retiring after 30 years on the court. Although the Wisconsin Supreme Court justices are considered nonpartisan, Bradley has identified as a liberal and has voted with the liberal 4–3 majority on the court, meaning the outcome of this election will decide the ideological majority of the court for at least the next year.

The 2024 Wisconsin's 8th congressional district special election was held concurrent with the fall general election on November 5, 2024, to fill the vacant seat in Wisconsin's 8th congressional district. The winner will serve in the United States House of Representatives for the remainder of the 118th United States Congress, which ends January 3, 2025. The seat became vacant on April 24, 2024, when Mike Gallagher resigned from Congress. On May 14, Governor Tony Evers scheduled the special election to be held concurrently with the fall general election, on November 5, with primaries being held concurrent with the fall primary, on August 13.

Renuka Mayadev is an American nonprofit executive and Democratic politician from Madison, Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 77th Assembly district since January 2025. She also currently serves as a program advisor for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Originally from Ohio, she served as a policy advisor to Ohio governor Ted Strickland from 2008 to 2011.
