The 2025 St. Louis mayoral election is scheduled to be held on April 8, 2025, to elect the mayor of St. Louis, Missouri. The election will be non-partisan and will use a unified primary (known as "approval voting" in local election literature), with the top-two candidates in the March 4 primary advancing to the general election. Incumbent mayor Tishaura Jones is running for re-election to a second term.

The mayor of St. Louis is the chief executive officer of St. Louis's city government. The mayor has a duty to enforce city ordinances and the power to either approve or veto city ordinances passed by the Board of Aldermen. The current mayor is Tishaura Jones, who took office on April 20, 2021.

Tishaura Oneda Jones is an American politician who has served as the mayor of St. Louis, Missouri since April 2021. A member of the Missouri Democratic Party, Jones served from 2008 to 2013 in the Missouri House of Representatives; and as Treasurer of the City of St. Louis from 2013 to 2021.
Chuck Gatschenberger is a Republican politician. He was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the 13th District which encompasses portions of Warren and St. Charles counties. He was first elected to the Missouri House in November, 2008. In 2014, Gatschenberger ran for the Missouri Senate and lost to Dr. Bob Onder in the Republican primary.

Primary elections took place on March 7, 2017, and the general election was held on April 4. Alderwoman Lyda Krewson was elected and became the first female Mayor of St. Louis.

The 2023 St. Louis aldermanic elections were held in two rounds, with nonpartisan blanket approval voting primaries on March 7 and general elections on April 4. All 14 members of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen and the President of the Board of Aldermen were elected. These were the first elections held after Proposition R (2012) came into effect, reducing the number of alderpersons from 28 to 14.
