Bond Street is a sett street that runs east to west, between Broadway and Bowery, in the NoHo neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, New York City. [1] [2]
The actual namesake of the street is undetermined. It may have been named for city surveyor William Bond, or for a mention in an 1817 guidebook referring to Broadway as "The Bond Street of New York". [3]
24 Bond Street was the location of Beatrice and Sam Rivers' studio RivBea [4] and of Robert Mapplethorpe's first studio. [5] Mile End Sandwich, a spin-off restaurant of Mile End Delicatessen, the Jewish deli in Brooklyn, is located on Bond Street between Bowery and Lafayette Street. [2] More recently, Bond Street became the location of stores for Billy Reid [6] and Drake's OVO Clothing clothing brand.

The street runs from Chatham Square at Park Row, Worth Street, and Mott Street in the south to Cooper Square at 4th Street in the north. The eponymous neighborhood runs roughly from the Bowery east to Allen Street and First Avenue, and from Canal Street north to Cooper Square/East Fourth Street. The neighborhood roughly overlaps with Little Australia. To the south is Chinatown, to the east are the Lower East Side and the East Village, and to the west are Little Italy and NoHo. The Carnegie Deli is a small Jewish delicatessen, formerly a chain, based in New York City. Its main branch, opened in 1937 near Carnegie Hall, was located at 854 7th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The Germania Bank Building is a historic building at 190 Bowery, on the northwest corner of the intersection with Spring Street in Manhattan, New York City. It was the third building of the Germania Bank, which was founded in New York City in 1869. The building was designed in a Renaissance Revival or Beaux Arts style by Robert Maynicke and was built in 1898–99. The building became a New York City designated landmark on March 29, 2005. As of 2022, the building contains EmpireDAO, a coworking space for cryptocurrency and blockchain ventures.
Spring Street is a street in Lower Manhattan, New York City, which runs west–east through the neighborhoods of Hudson Square, SoHo, and Nolita. It runs parallel to and between Dominick, Broome, and Kenmare Streets, and Vandam and Prince Streets. Address numbers ascend as Spring Street travels westward from the Bowery to West Street along the Hudson River.

Mile End Delicatessen, is a Jewish deli in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn which opened in 2010 and is named after the neighborhood in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The deli has been highly rated and is currently run by Joel Tietolman.
