This is a list of the first women lawyers and judges in Asia. It includes the year in which the women were admitted to practice law (in parentheses). Also included are the first women in their country to achieve a certain distinction such as obtaining a law degree.

The number of women in the United States judiciary has increased as more women have entered law school, but women still face significant barriers in pursuing legal careers.
Women in law describes the role played by women in the legal profession and related occupations, which includes lawyers, paralegals, prosecutors, judges, legal scholars, law professors and law school deans.
Mona Jassim Mohammed al-Kuwari (Arabic: منى جاسم محمد الكواري, is a Bahraini judge, academic, and author. She is currently a member of the Constitutional Court, the first woman in the Gulf to sit on such a court, which includes two other judges and a secretary.
