Roman Petrovych Bezsmertnyi is a Ukrainian politician who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for four terms between 1994 and 2007. He also served as deputy head of the secretariat of the Ukrainian president and as ambassador of Ukraine to Belarus. Bezsmertnyi is also a former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, responsible for administrative and territorial reform.
The Bayraktar UAV or Bayraktar UCAV is a family of unmanned aerial vehicles designed and manufactured by Turkish company Baykar. The UAVs were developed for the Turkish Armed Forces from 2004 until the present. Some models are designed for surveillance and reconnaissance only, others are capable of tactical ground-strike missions. Baykar is also developing drones to counter other aerial systems. The word bayraktar means flag-bearer in Turkish.

Reparations from Russia after the Russo-Ukrainian War is a full or partial compensation by Russia for the damage caused to Ukraine as a result of the annexation of Crimea, the war in eastern Ukraine and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy demanded such compensation as a form of war reparations on March 3, 2022. Russia has not made any indication that they will accede to it.
Derussification in Ukraine is a process of removing Russian influence from the post-Soviet country of Ukraine. This derussification started after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and intensified with the demolition of monuments to Lenin during Euromaidan in 2014 and the further systemic process of decommunization in Ukraine. The Russo-Ukrainian War gave a strong impetus to the process. The process manifests itself in the renaming of toponyms named after Russian statesmen and cultural figures, or those that are believed to reflect Russianism and the Russian worldview, or are otherwise associated with Russia. Also part of the process is the dismantling of objects of the Russian rule. As of April 8, 2022, according to a poll by the sociological group Rating, 76% of Ukrainians support the initiative to rename streets and other objects whose names are associated with Russia. In March 2023, the Ukrainian parliament passed a law that forbade all toponymy with names associated with Russia.
The New Zaporizhzhia Dniper Bridge is an under-construction controlled-access highway bridge in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. Construction of the bridge began in August 2004 with the first span of the bridge opened for public vehicular use in January 2022 after several years of delays. The bridge was opened in a public ceremony on January 22, 2022, by President Volodymyr Zelensky. When completed, the bridge will stand at a height of 151 meters, making it the tallest in Ukraine and the eighth tallest in Europe.

Bring Kids Back UA is a Ukrainian humanitarian program established at the initiative of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2023. It unites the efforts of all authorities of Ukraine, other states, international and non-governmental organisations to return all Ukrainian children abducted by Russia during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The programme envisages the reintegration of deported children, their socialisation, the development of family-based forms of upbringing, as well as the recording of crimes and bringing Russia to justice for these crimes, in particular at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
