Ernest François Eugène Douwes Dekker also known as Setyabudi or Setiabudi was an Indonesian-Dutch nationalist and politician of Indo descent. He was related to the famous Dutch anti-colonialism writer Multatuli, whose real name was Eduard Douwes Dekker. In his youth, he fought in the Second Boer War in South Africa on the Boer side. His thoughts were highly influential in the early years of the Indonesian freedom movement.

Developed in the 1950s, the road was a landmark of post-colonial Indonesia and continues to have a prominent importance in Jakarta.
Sudirman Station is a train station of KRL Commuterline, which is located in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is named from Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, one of the main avenue in Jakarta, which crosses above the station. This station is located on the north bank of West Flood Canal. Though this station serves only Commuterline trains, but it is a transit point for other types of public transportation as part of the Dukuh Atas TOD.
The Jabodebek LRT, formerly known as Greater Jakarta LRT is a light rapid transit system in Greater Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, as well as the adjacent areas of West Java, within the Jakarta Metropolitan area. It was implemented by the central government, and operated by Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), the system connects the Jakarta city center with suburbs in Greater Jakarta such as Bogor, Depok and Bekasi, hence its acronym Jabodebek.
Jalan Jenderal Sudirman or Jalan Sudirman is a major thoroughfare in Jakarta, Indonesia. Named after Indonesian national hero Sudirman, the road runs from Patung Pemuda Membangun at the south end to the bridge of the West Flood Canal to the north, where it meets Jalan M.H. Thamrin. The road had been built between 1949 and 1953 to connect Central Jakarta with Kebayoran Baru.

It is part of a complex of two towers, which will be linked by a multistory podium that will provide two tall exterior "walls" for the central plaza. In addition to two linked towers, the complex replicates an alun-alun, a traditional Javanese town center characterized by a walled, open-air courtyard.

Bundaran HI Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. Located nearby the Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout, it is currently the terminus of the North-South Line, as the phase 2 construction of the line is underway. The station is located in the Gondangdia area of Menteng, Central Jakarta and is built underneath Jalan M.H. Thamrin. Jakarta MRT users can continue their journey with Transjakarta's Corridor 1 service from this station via the Bundaran HI bus stop located above. This connection with Transjakarta is in the form of stairs so it is not disabled friendly. The station only has two railroad tracks equipped with a Buffer stop and a Railroad switch on the south side. The switch is used to move MRT trains that were originally on the left track to the right, or vice versa.
Dukuh Atas MRT Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. The station is located in the Kebon Melati area of Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta and is built under Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. As part of the Dukuh Atas TOD, the station is connected to many connecting transportation services, such as the Jabodetabek Commuter Line, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Rail Link, and Transjakarta. The station has only two railway lines separated by an island platform in the middle. The North–South line is a rapid transit line of the Jakarta MRT. Coloured dark red on the map, the line is currently 15.7 km (9.8 mi) long and serves 13 stations. It is the first and only operational line of the Jakarta MRT. The line is the second rail transit system to be operated in the country, after Palembang LRT.
The Transjakarta Corridor 1 is the Transjakarta bus rapid transit route in Jakarta, Indonesia. The route operates between Blok M Terminal and Jakarta Kota railway station. It is the first route of the Transjakarta BRT system. The roads that are traversed by Corridor 1 are along Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin, Trunojoyo, Sisingamangaraja, Sudirman, MH Thamrin, Medan Merdeka Barat, Gajah Mada / Hayam Wuruk, Pintu Besar Utara, Kali Besar Barat, Kunir, and Lada Dalam. Key integration points include Dukuh Atas TOD that is currently an integration point for four transport modes, Jakarta Kota station which serves KRL Commuterline, and Harmoni station that is one of the main hubs in the BRT system. From Blok M to Bundaran HI ASTRA stations, this corridor is in parallel with North–South Line of the Jakarta MRT, thus many of the BRT stations are integrated directly with the MRT stations. Currently, all bus stations are served by buses 24 hours a day.

It is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, at the border between Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang in Central Jakarta and Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi in South Jakarta, and has the station code BNH. The station has only two railway lines separated by an island platform in the middle. Although named Bendungan Hilir, the station is not located in the Bendungan Hilir neighborhood, but rather in the east of the neighborhood.

Setiabudi LRT Station is a light rail station located on Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, Guntur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The station, which is located at an altitude of +22.55 meters, serves the Cibubur and Bekasi lines of the Jabodebek LRT system. Despite sharing the same name, it is not an interchange and is not to be confused with the MRT Jakarta station at Setiabudi Astra station, and is in fact located 600 meters apart from each other.
