Steenberg railway station is a Metrorail station on the Southern Line in Steenberg, a suburb of Cape Town. It is located on Henley Road, which is just off Military Road. The station is located on the edge of Steenberg, towards Kirstenhof and is alongside the Keyser River, which flows into Zandvlei.
Steenberg has a small taxi rank which only serves Grassy Park and Steenberg. Busses to Cape Town are only available at early times of the morning.
The station has an island platform, connected by a pedestrian bridge over the tracks. In normal operation, Platform 1 (the western platform) is used for trains travelling towards Cape Town, while Platform 2 (the eastern platform) is used for trains travelling towards Simon's Town.

Steenberg is a small community in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. It has a population of slightly more than 4,000 and mainly includes those belonging to the Cape Coloured community. The main center of the suburb is Military Road, which runs from west connecting Tokai and Kirstenhof at the M4 Main Road and then east into the M5 which provides access to Muizenberg and various other northern suburbs including Bellville and Century City. Military Road has many small businesses lining its south side but also one of South Africa's largest retailers, Shoprite, which has a branch located close to the M5.
Wareham Village is a train station that is located on Merchants Way in Wareham, Massachusetts. Service to Wareham formerly ran from 1848 until 1959. A shelter, built in 1985 for short-lived Amtrak and commuter service, is currently unused. A new platform constructed nearby for the CapeFLYER summer weekend service opened for the CapeFLYER on June 27, 2014.
Ou Kaapse Weg, numbered as route M64, is a mountain pass in the Cape Peninsula that connects the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town with the Fish Hoek Valley. It traverses the Steenberg mountains and passes through the Silvermine Nature Reserve. Ou Kaapse Weg is one of three routes to the Fish Hoek Valley: the others are Chapman's Peak Drive along the Atlantic coast and Main Road along the False Bay coast. Despite its name, the pass was only constructed in 1968, by the Divisional Council of the Cape.
