[1] [2] The Guide will assess restaurants in Doha and may award certain ones with a Michelin-star rating, a rating system used by the Michelin Guide to grade restaurants based on their quality.

Alain Ducasse is a French-born Monégasque chef. He operates a number of restaurants including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester which holds three stars in the Michelin Guide.
