This is a list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Taiwan since 2018.
The 2018 edition was the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide to Taipei to be published. [1] Taipei was the eighth Asian city/region to have a dedicated Red Guide, after Tokyo, Hong Kong & Macau, Osaka & Kyoto, Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, and Bangkok. [2] [3] Michelin began reviewing restaurants in Taichung in 2020.

Taiwanese cuisine is a popular style of food with several variations, including Chinese and that of Taiwanese indigenous peoples, with the earliest cuisines known of being the indigenous ones. With over a hundred years of historical development, southern Fujian cuisine has had the most profound impact on mainstream Taiwanese cuisine but it has also been influenced by Hakka cuisine, the cuisines of the waishengren, and Japanese cuisine.

L'Ambroisie is a traditional French restaurant in Paris, France founded by Bernard Pacaud and now run by his son Mathieu that has maintained three Michelin stars for more than thirty years. The name "L'Ambroisie" comes from Greek mythology and means both "food for gods" and "source of immortality."
Charlie Chin Hsiang-lin is a Taiwanese actor, born on May 19, 1948 in Nanking and grew up in Hong Kong. Throughout the twenty-four years of his acting career, Chin had participated in over one hundred films. As a member of the "Two Qins, Two Lins" (二秦二林), Charlie Chin is known for portraying the romantic interest of the female lead in a love triangle in Literary Romantic Films (愛情文藝片) in the 1970s. He received two Golden Horse Awards for his performance as best leading actor.
Lin Chia-lung is a Taiwanese politician and former academic who is the Secretary General to the President of Taiwan, serving since 31 January 2023. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), he served as mayor of Taichung City from 2014 to 2018.
Ló͘-bah-pn̄g, also called bah-sò-pn̄g in southern Taiwan, or translated to minced pork rice in English, is a rice dish that is commonly seen throughout Taiwan and Southern Fujian, China. The flavor may vary from one region to another, but the basic ingredients remain the same: ground pork marinated and boiled in soy sauce served on top of steamed rice. It is a type of gaifan dish.

Chun Shui Tang is an international teahouse chain based in Taichung, Taiwan. Founded in 1983 as the name Yanghsien Tea Shop, it is known for the origin of bubble tea. Besides bubble tea, Chun Shui Tang also serve traditional Taiwanese dishes and snacks.

The Next 100, also known as Kuo Cheng 2020, is a residential skyscraper located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The height of the building is 163 m (535 ft), with a floor area of 83,014 m2 (893,560 sq ft), and it comprises 41 floors above ground, as well as four basement levels. The construction of the building began in 2015 and it was completed in 2021.
The Bellavita Shopping Center is a luxury shopping mall in Xinyi Special District, Taipei, Taiwan that opened on September 21, 2009. It is rated amongst the top luxury malls in Asia.
Lost Romance is a 2020 Taiwanese romantic-fantasy television series created and produced by Sanlih E-Television. Starring Marcus Chang and Vivian Sung, it tells the story of an editor in a publishing company who magically finds herself transported into the pages of a romance novel – and comes face-to-face with the man of her dreams. The series premiered on Sundays at 10:00 p.m. on TTV in Taiwan from June 7, 2020, to October 18, 2020, and aired on Saturdays at 10:00 p.m. on cable television SET Metro from June 13, 2020, to October 24, 2020. The series was filmed as it aired. It is available for streaming internationally on Viki, Vidol, and Netflix with multilingual subtitles for the global viewers.
JMall is a shopping center located in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan that opened in 2011. In 2017, the mall closed for renovation and reopened on 15 June 2018 as a dining hub featuring a wide variety of eateries from fast food joints to other upscale venues. Main core stores in the mall include Tim Ho Wan, Formosa Chang, Yi Fang Tea and various themed restaurants.
ATT e Life, formerly ATT 4 Recharge is a shopping mall in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan that opened on 23 December 2018. The name "ATT" stands for "attractive". Using the homonym of "FOR", the letters are changed to the number "4", which represents the four major industries of fashion, cultural creation, entertainment, and food. "Recharge" combines fashion shopping with eating, drinking, playing, and fun, bringing all-round joy to a better life. The building in which the mall is located originally houses A.mart. At the beginning of 2017, ATT took over the original store building subordinate to Hongtai Group. The theme of the shopping mall was based on the four elements of life, fashion, food, and family. The main types of stores include catering, outdoor leisure store and family/home life. Trial operations of the mall commenced on 15 December 2018, and it officially opened on 23 December 2018. The mall changed its name to ATT e Life on July 20, 2021.
Caesar Metro Taipei (Chinese:凱達大飯店) is a skyscraper hotel located on Bangka Boulevard, Wanhua District, Taipei, Taiwan, near Wanhua railway station, which opened on November 24, 2017. Designed by Taiwanese architect Chu-Yuan Lee, the height of the hotel is 105.85 m (347.3 ft), with a floor area of 43,954.53 m2 (473,122.6 sq ft).
Local elections were held in Taiwan on 24 April 1960, the fourth nation-wide elections in post-war Taiwan, electing all 21 mayors of cities and magistrates of counties with a four-year tenure. Fuchien Province, then under military administration, was not up for election. Election for Taiwan Provincial Council was held alongside the local elections to elect 73 councillors.
Lien Pao-Tsai is a Taiwanese female potter who has been exposing herself to artistic inspirations from her early childhood and college years to her new chapter of life as a wife of a Taiwanese potter. She has influenced the development of Taiwanese pottery. She has been devoted to different forms of ceramic art creation. Most of her ceramic works incorporate elements of mixed media and represent various aspects of life. Her ceramic works confront themes of social affairs, environment, and human feelings from diverse perspectives. Moreover, she has had solo and joint exhibitions not only held in Taiwan but also around the world since 1982. Except for being collected by domestic and overseas museums, her artworks also won her major awards in Taiwan and Italy.
