The following is a complete list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Thailand.
The 2018 edition was the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide in Thailand, only covering Bangkok at that time. Bangkok was the seventh Asian city/region to have a dedicated Red Guide, after Tokyo, Hong Kong & Macau, Osaka & Kyoto, Singapore, Shanghai and Seoul. Since then, Michelin Guide Thailand expanded its coverage to Phuket, Phang-Nga, Chiang Mai, and Ayutthaya. In 2023, 4 more provinces in Isan region; Nakorn Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, and Khon Kaen were added.
As of the 2025 guide, there are 36 restaurants across Thailand with a Michelin-star rating, a rating system used by the Michelin Guide to grade restaurants based on their quality. [1]

Michelin also publishes the Green Guides, a series of general guides to cities, regions, and countries.
Gaggan Anand is an Indian chef and the owner and executive chef of the progressive Indian restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok, Thailand.
Gaggan was a restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand run by Indian chef Gaggan Anand from 2010 to 2019. It ranked number one among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and seventh overall in The World's 50 Best Restaurants from 2015 to 2018. The restaurant also earned two Michelin stars in the first edition of the Thailand Michelin Guide.
Jay Fai is a street-side restaurant in Bangkok and a nickname of its eponymous owner, whose real name is Supinya Junsuta. The restaurant mainly serves wok-cooked seafood dishes, and is highly popular among food enthusiasts despite its high prices. It received one star in the inaugural Bangkok 2018 Michelin Guide.
Duangporn "Bo" Songvisava is a Thai chef and restaurateur. She and her husband, chef Dylan Jones, own and operated Bo.lan, a restaurant in Bangkok's Thong Lo neighborhood. In 2018 Songvisava was profiled on the fifth season of the documentary series Chef's Table.
Bongkoch "Bee" Satongun is a native Thai chef and restaurateur. She is known for her landmark restaurant, Paste Bangkok, which received a Michelin star. Chef Bee has expanded the Paste brand to neighboring Laos and recently opened a third venue in Australia.
Fatih Tutak, chef and owner of two Michelin star restaurant Turk Fatih Tutak which has been listed by the CNN Travel called in their "20 of the world's best new restaurants for 2020".
Nahm is a Thai restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. Originally opened by Australian chef David Thompson in London in 2001, Nahm became the first Thai restaurant to receive a Michelin Star in 2002. Thompson opened Nahm Bangkok in September 2010, closing the flagship London location in December 2012. In April 2018, Thompson left Nahm, and was replaced by Thai-American chef Pim Techamuanvivit.
Sorn is a restaurant in Bangkok specializing in Southern Thai cuisine. Founded by Supaksorn 'Ice' Jongsiri, Sorn is the first restaurant in Thailand to receive three stars in the eighth edition of the Michelin Guide Thailand 2025. Sorn was ranked 2nd on 2022's list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. Located in a restored two-story mansion in Khlong Toei, Sorn sources nearly all of its ingredients from Southern Thailand.
Supaksorn "Ice" Jongsiri is a Thai chef and owner of Sorn, a Southern Thai restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2024, Sorn became the first restaurant in Thailand to receive three Michelin stars.
