This article contains the latest list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau in 2021 through 2023. The 2009 edition was the first edition of the Michelin Guide to Hong Kong and Macau to be published,^[1] making Hong Kong and Macau the second and third Asian territory to receive a Michelin guide, after Tokyo, Japan in 2008.^[2]

Nicholas Tse Ting-fung is a Hong Kong actor, singer, songwriter, martial artist, entrepreneur and TV chef. Tse debuted as a singer in 1996 before shifting his career focus to acting. He is best known for starring in the films Metade Fumaca (1999), New Police Story (2004), Bodyguards and Assassins (2009), The Stool Pigeon (2010), The Viral Factor (2012), As the Light Goes Out (2014), and Raging Fire (2021), as well as the television series The Proud Twins (2005). Joël Robuchon was a French chef and restaurateur. He was named "Chef of the Century" by the guide Gault Millau in 1989, and awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in cuisine in 1976. He published several cookbooks, two of which have been translated into English, chaired the committee for the Larousse Gastronomique, and hosted culinary television shows in France. He operated more than a dozen restaurants across Bangkok, Bordeaux, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Macau, Madrid, Monaco, Montreal, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, and New York City. His restaurants have been acclaimed, and in 2018 he held 32 Michelin Guide stars among them, the most any restaurateur has ever held. He is considered to be one of the greatest chefs of all time.

Alain Ducasse is a French-born Monégasque chef. He operates a number of restaurants including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester which holds three stars in the Michelin Guide.

The Michelin Guides are a series of guide books that have been published by the French tire company Michelin since 1900. The Guide awards up to three Michelin stars for excellence to a select few restaurants in certain geographic areas. Michelin also publishes the Green Guides, a series of general guides to cities, regions, and countries.

Kowloon Shangri-La is a five-star hotel of the Hong Kong–based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group. It is located on Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui East overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline. It is the sister hotel to the Island Shangri-La in Admiralty district, Hong Kong.

Pierre is a closed French cuisine restaurant which was situated on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Hong Kong. It opened in October 2006 after a major renovation to the hotel and was Pierre Gagnaire’s pied-à-terre in Hong Kong. It replaced Vong's (1997–2005), which replaced Pierrot (1979–1997), a classic French restaurant. After 14 years in service, Pierre closed on 31 July 2020.

Forum Restaurant is a Cantonese restaurant officially established in 1977. It is located at Sino Plaza, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong since 2014. Run by Hong Kong's international chef and ambassador of Chinese cuisine, Yeung Koon-yat (楊貫一), it is known for its expensive abalone dishes.

City of Dreams is a casino resort in Cotai, Macau, SAR of People's Republic of China. Built, owned and managed by Melco Resorts & Entertainment, the resort, also known as CoD or CoD Macau, opened on 1 June 2009. Described as a "mega-casino" by The Guardian, in 2020 City of Dreams was the third-largest casino in the world. In total the property comprises three separate casinos, four hotels, five hotel towers, around 2,270 total hotel rooms, around 30 restaurants and bars, and 175,000 square feet (16,300 m²) of retail space.

Regent Hong Kong is a five-star hotel located at 18 Salisbury Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The hotel is positioned directly on the waterfront, offering views of Victoria Harbour and is close to various tourist attractions. The hotel has 497 rooms and is considered a flagship property of Regent Hotels & Resorts and a landmark property within IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio.

8+1⁄2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana is an Italian restaurant at Shop 202, Alexandra House, Central, Hong Kong. It is the only Italian restaurant outside of Italy to have received 3 stars from the Michelin Guide, having been awarded 3 stars by the 2012 Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau. Its head chef is Umberto Bombana.

Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is a restaurant located in The Dorchester, Park Lane, London. It is one of over 25 restaurants operated by French-born chef Alain Ducasse. As of 2022, the executive chef of the restaurant is Jean-Philippe Blondet, who succeeded Chef Jocelyn Herland. Opened in November 2007, it was awarded three Michelin stars in 2010.

Alvin Leung King-Lon, is a Canadian chef and television personality. He holds two Michelin stars at his restaurant Bo Innovation and one Michelin star at Bo London. Nicknamed The Demon Chef, he invented his own cuisine named X-Treme Chinese, which includes meals such as an edible condom on a mushroom beach.

Sushi Yoshitake is a Michelin 2-star sushi restaurant in Ginza, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by sushi chef Masahiro Yoshitake.

Olivier Elzer is a French chef. He was named one of the top 22 best young chefs in France by the guide Gault Millau in 2007. He was awarded a total of 25 Michelin stars for 16 consecutive years working in France and Hong Kong. Elzer is recognised for his work as head chef of Pierre at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and his own branding restaurant, Seasons, by Olivier E. In 2018, Elzer established L'Envol, a modern French fine dining restaurant at the St. Regis Hong Kong. L'Envol has two Michelin stars. In 2022, Elzer created his own casual dining concept in Hong Kong named Clarence. Chef Elzer was awarded the Knight in the Order of Agricultural Merit of the French Republic in 2022.

Morpheus is a neo-futurist luxury hotel in Macau, Special administrative regions of China that is operated by Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Opened in June 2018, TIME describes it as "the world’s first free-form exoskeleton-bound high-rise: a grid of steel envelops 40 stories of glass with a fluidity inspired by Chinese jade carving." The interior has a gaming floor, a rooftop pool, a modern-art gallery, and restaurants by chefs such as Alain Ducasse. The hotel tops out at 160 meters tall.

Tony Esnault is a French chef and restaurateur at Knife Pleat, a Michelin-starred French restaurant in Costa Mesa, California.
