This article contains the latest list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau in 2021 through 2023. The 2009 edition was the first edition of the Michelin Guide to Hong Kong and Macau to be published, [1] making Hong Kong and Macau the second and third Asian territory to receive a Michelin guide, after Tokyo, Japan in 2008. [2]

Nicholas Tse Ting-fung is a Hong Kong actor, singer, songwriter, martial artist, entrepreneur and TV chef. Tse debuted as a singer in 1996 before shifting his career focus to acting. He is best known for starring in the films Metade Fumaca (1999), New Police Story (2004), Bodyguards and Assassins (2009), The Stool Pigeon (2010), The Viral Factor (2012), As the Light Goes Out (2014), and Raging Fire (2021), as well as the television series The Proud Twins (2005). For his role in The Stool Pigeon, Tse won the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Actor, making him the first person to have won in the three major acting categories, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, and Best New Performer, at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
Joël Robuchon was a French chef and restaurateur. He was named "Chef of the Century" by the guide Gault Millau in 1989, and awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in cuisine in 1976. He published several cookbooks, two of which have been translated into English, chaired the committee for the Larousse Gastronomique, and hosted culinary television shows in France. He operated more than a dozen restaurants across Bangkok, Bordeaux, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, London, Macau, Madrid, Monaco, Montreal, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, and New York City. His restaurants have been acclaimed, and in 2018 he held 32 Michelin Guide stars among them, the most any restaurateur has ever held. He is considered to be one of the greatest chefs of all time.
Alain Ducasse is a French-born Monégasque chef. He operates a number of restaurants including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester which holds three stars in the Michelin Guide.
The Michelin Guides are a series of guide books that have been published by the French tire company Michelin since 1900. The Guide awards up to three Michelin stars for excellence to a select few restaurants in certain geographic areas. Michelin also publishes the Green Guides, a series of general guides to cities, regions, and countries.
Kowloon Shangri-La is a five-star hotel of the Hong Kong–based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group. It is located on Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui East overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline. It is the sister hotel to the Island Shangri-La in Admiralty district, Hong Kong.
Pierre is a closed French cuisine restaurant which was situated on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Hong Kong. It opened in October 2006 after a major renovation to the hotel and was Pierre Gagnaire’s pied-à-terre in Hong Kong. It replaced Vong's (1997–2005), which replaced Pierrot (1979–1997), a classic French restaurant. After 14 years in service, Pierre closed on 31 July 2020.

In 2018, Elzer established L'Envol, a modern French fine dining restaurant at the St. Regis Hong Kong. L'Envol has two Michelin stars. In 2022, Elzer created his own casual dining concept in Hong Kong named Clarence. Chef Elzer was awarded the Knight in the Order of Agricultural Merit of the French Republic in 2022.
Morpheus is a neo-futurist luxury hotel in Macau, Special administrative regions of China that is operated by Melco Resorts & Entertainment.
