Miss Grand Netherlands 2017 was the second edition of the Miss Grand Netherlands beauty pageant, held at the Crown Theatre in Aalsmeer, Netherlands, on March 25, 2017. [1] [2] [3] Seven candidates who qualified through the casting process held earlier in January competed for the title, [4] and a twenty-three-year-old communication and multimedia designer from North Brabant, Kelly van den Dungen, was named the winner. [5] [6] Kelly then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2017 pageant in Phú Quốc, Vietnam, where she was placed among the top 20 finalists. [7]

In addition to the mentioned winner, the country representative for the Miss Supranational 2017 pageant, Jeanine de Vries, was announced as well.

The grand final competition was hosted by a Nigerian/Liberian beauty queen, Leila Aigbedion, and was expected to be attended by Ariska Putri Pertiwi  [ id ], Miss Grand International 2016, from Indonesia, [8] but was later canceled due to visa problems. [9]

Miss Grand Netherlands 2016 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Netherlands beauty pageant, held at the Aalsmeer Studios in Aalsmeer, Netherlands, on July 5, 2016. Four candidates who qualified through the casting process held earlier in April competed for the title, and a twenty-one-year-old communication and multimedia designer from Groningen, Floor Masselink, was named the winner; no runners-up were declared. Masselink then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant in Las Vegas, United States, but was unplaced.

Miss Grand Netherlands 2018 was the third edition of the Miss Grand Netherlands beauty pageant, held at the Apollo Hotel, Vinkeveen, Netherlands, on June 17, 2018. Ten candidates who qualified through the casting process held earlier in March competed for the title, and a businessperson from North Brabant, Kimberley Xhofleer, was named the winner. Kimberley then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant in Yangon, Myanmar, but was unplaced.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss Grand Netherlands 2023</span> 4th Miss Grand Netherlands competition, beauty pageant edition

Miss Grand Netherlands 2023 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Netherlands beauty pageant, held on June 4, 2023, at the Claus Event Center in the city of Hoofddorp. Eleven candidates, who qualified for the national stage through an audion held in February and then were assigned to represents one of the country's provinces, competed for the title.

Miss Grand Suriname is a national beauty pageant title awarded to Suriname representatives competing at the Miss Grand International contest. From 2014 to 2016 the right to send Surinamese candidates to compete at the mentioned international stage belonged to the national pageant of Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname, which is headed by Gietanjali Thakoer. Miss Grand Suriname title was first awarded in 2014 to the winner of Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname, Tashana Losche, who then competed at Miss Grand International 2014 in Thailand, but was unplaced.

The fifth edition of the Miss Grand International pageant was held at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, Phú Quốc, Vietnam on October 25, 2017, in which candidates from 77 countries and territories participated. These candidates were elected as the country representatives through different methods, such as through the Miss Grand National which was held to select the country representative for Miss Grand International specifically, or appointed by another national pageant organizer, in which the main winner was sent to compete on other international stages. Some of them were assigned as the representatives without competing at any national pageant in this particular year.
