Miss Grand Philippines 2014 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Philippines pageant, [1] [2] held at the GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center located in the University of the Philippines Asian Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila. [3] [4] Nineteen candidates from different provinces of the country competed for the title, and a 19-year-old Filipino-Swedish from Oriental Mindoro, Kimberly Karlsson, was announced the winner, [1] [3] [4] while the representative of Surigao del Sur, Rosevemme Fajardo, and a candidate from Tarlac, Mary Theresa Erna Gomez, were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. [3] [4]
In addition to the main title, Karlsson also won the Best National Costume award. [4] She later represented the Philippines at the international contest, Miss Grand International 2014, held in Thailand in October, [1] [5] [6] but she was unplaced. [1] [7]
The pageant was managed by John Dela Vega, [2] and the contest's grand final round was also attended by Miss Grand International 2013, Janelee Chaparro of Puerto Rico, as well as the president of Miss Grand International, Nawat Itsaragrisil. [3]

Miss Grand International also known as Miss Grand is an international beauty pageant franchise that was based in Thailand. It consists of the annual national pageant Miss Grand Thailand, as well as the international competition Miss Grand International, to which participating rights are licensed to organizers in other countries. Miss Grand International 2016 was the fourth Miss Grand International pageant, held at the Westgate International Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, on October 25, 2016 the first time the contest was held outside Thailand. Candidates from seventy-four countries and territories competed for the title. At the end of the event Claire Elizabeth Parker, Miss Grand International 2015 of Australia crowned Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia as her successor, making her the first Asian candidate to win the title. Meanwhile, the first to fourth vice-miss titles was awarded to the representatives of the Philippines, Thailand, Puerto Rico, and the United States, respectively.
Miss Grand International 2023 was the eleventh edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on 25 October 2023 at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Miss Grand Ghana is a Ghanaian female beauty pageant, founded in 2020 by Accra-based pageant organizer Legacy Pageants Limited, chaired by Sandy Amissah. The winners of the contest represent the country at its parent international stage, Miss Grand International, while the rest of its finalists are sent to compete on other international platforms. In 2022, the license of Miss Grand Ghana was taken over by Abena Appiah, a former Miss Grand International, who has owned and run the contest annually since then.
Miss Grand Costa Rica is a San José-based female national beauty pageant in Costa Rica, organized separately for in first time in 2022 by the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Costa Rica, with Erick Solis as the president. The winner of the contest represents the country at its parent competition, the Miss Grand International pageant. Before 2022, the competition license belonged to different organizers, such as the Reinas de Costa Rica organization (2015 – 2017) and the Miss Costa Rica organization (2018 – 2021). Most of the country's representatives at the Miss Grand International pageant during such a period were appointed without organizing the respective pageant.

Miss Grand Australia 2018 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Australia pageant, held on June 16, 2018, at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sydney, where a 26-year-old Zimbabwe-born law student from Melbourne, Kimberly Gundani, was announced the winner, outclassing other forty-one finalists. Meanwhile, Chloe Maddison Ryan, Jasmine Leatham, Krishna Shukla, and Alana Thomas were named the runners-up. Kimberly later represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant in Myanmar, and was placed among the top 20 finalists.
Miss Grand International 2014 was the second edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on 7 October 2014 at the Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand. Contestants from eighty-five countries and territories competed for the title, of whom the representative of Cuba, Daryanne Lees, was announced the winner and received a reward of 40,000 USD cash. Meanwhile, the representatives of Australia, Canada, Colombia, and Ethiopia were named the runners-up.
