Miss Grand Cuba 2023 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Cuba pageant, held on August 20, 2023, [1] [2] at the Tampa Marriott Westshore, Tampa, Florida, United States. [3] [4] Five candidates, who qualified for the national final round through an audition held in mid-2023, competed for the title, [5] [6] of whom a 26-year-old Portuguese-Cuban model and assistant project manager from Miami-Dade County, Sofia Acosta, was announced the winner, [1] [2] [7] [8] while a Cuban national coordinator for the UN Ocean Decade ECOP program, Sheyla Ravelo, won the supplementary title of Miss International Cuba 2023. [9]
Sofia later represented the country at the international parent stage, Miss Grand International 2023, held in Vietnam on October 25, [1] [7] while Sheyla traveled to Japan to compete at Miss International 2023, held on October 26. [10] However, both of them were unplaced at the mentioned international stages. [11]
The event was managed by former Miss Grand International 2014, Daryanne Lees, and the pageant's grand final round was hosted by Andy Salandy. [6]
The panel of judges included Juan Carlos Collazo, Arisleyda Alonzo, Pedro Herde, Jamillette Gaxiola, Rachel Martin, and Rafa Delfin. [6]

She was crowned Miss Grand International 2021 in 4th December 2021 at Bangkok, Thailand, is the first Vietnamese woman to win this beauty pageant. Before that, she also represented Vietnam to compete at Miss International 2018 in Japan. She was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of Vietnam Phạm Minh Chính for Prominent Young Face 2021.

Miss Grand United States 2021 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand United States pageant, held at Joe's Live Rosemont, Rosemont Illinois, on June 20, 2021. Eighteen state representatives, either chosen through state pageants or national online casting, competed for the title, of whom the representative from North Carolina, Madison Callaghan, was announced the winner. She later represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand, but got a non-placement.
Nông Thúy Hằng is a Vietnamese beauty queen. She is Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 and will represent Vietnam at Miss Friendship International 2023 which was held in October in Pengzhou, Chengdu, China and placed as 2nd Runner-up.
Miss Grand Cuba is a national title given to a woman chosen to represent Cuba at the Miss Grand International pageant. The first titleholder was a Mexican-Cuban model from Sinaloa, Jamillette Gaxiola, who was appointed by the Miss Cuba organization to compete at the inaugural edition of the mentioned international contest in Thailand, where she was ranked in the final 10. Since then, Cuba has always sent their representatives to compete every year; however, most of them were appointed to the position without organizing the respective pageant until 2022, when a Miami-based Cuban pageant, Miss y Mister Cuba, acquired the license and the Miss Grand Cuba titleholder was elected through such a contest.
Miss Grand Laos 2023 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Laos beauty pageant, be held on July 29, 2023, at the National Convention Center (NCC), Vientiane. Eighteen candidates, who have qualified for the national pageant through an online profile screening performed in March, of whom the representative of Vientiane Prefecture, Phetmany Philakhong, was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand Laos 2022, Phoutsavanh Vongkhamxao of Vientiane, as her successor.

Miss Grand Mongolia is a national beauty pageant title awarded to Mongolia representatives competing at the Miss Grand International contest. It was first awarded in 2013 to one of the Miss Mongolia 2013 finalists from Ulaanbaatar, Delgermaa Enkhtsogt, who then competed at the inaugural edition of Miss Grand International in Thailand, but was unplaced. The 11th edition of the Miss Grand International pageant was held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on October 25, 2023, in which candidates from 71 countries and territories participated. These candidates were elected as the country representatives through different methods, such as through the Miss Grand National which was held to select the country representative for Miss Grand International specifically, or appointed by another national pageant organizer, in which the main winner was sent to compete on other international stages. Some of them were assigned as the representatives without competing at any national pageant in this particular year.
Miss Grand International 2017 was the fifth edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on October 25, 2017 at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, Phú Quốc, Vietnam. Contestants from seventy-seven countries and territories competed for the title, of whom María José Lora of Peru was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand International 2016, Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia, while the representatives of the Czech Republic, Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela were named the runners-up.
Miss Grand International 2015 was the third edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on 25 October 2015 at the Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand. Candidates from seventy-seven countries and territories competed for the title, of whom a 20-year-old Dominican American from Rhode Island representing Dominican Republic, Anea Garcia, was announced the winner and received a cash prize of 40,000 USD as a reward. Meanwhile, the candidates from Miss Grand Australia, Miss Grand India, the Miss Grand Philippines, and Miss Grand Thailand were named the runners-up. However, due to the inability to fulfill the agreement, the original winner from the Dominican Republic was later replaced by the first vice-miss, Claire Parker of Australia, in early 2016.
