Miss Grand United States 2019 was the third edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on August 11, 2019 at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Lake County, Illinois. [1] [2] Contestants from thirty-five U.S. states competed for the title, [1] of whom the representative of Nevada, Emily Irene Delgado, was named the winner. [3] [4] She then represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2019 in Venezuela on 25 October, [3] [5] [6] but got a non-placement. [7]

Miss USA is an American beauty pageant that has been held annually since 1952 to select the entrant from United States in the Miss Universe pageant. Miss USA 2020 was the 69th Miss USA pageant. It was held at the Exhibition Centre and the Soundstage at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 9, 2020. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila and Allie LaForce served as hosts, while Cheslie Kryst and Christian Murphy served as backstage commentators, and Haley Reinhart performed. Cheslie Kryst of North Carolina crowned Asya Branch of Mississippi as her successor at the end of the event. Branch is the second consecutive African American to win the title, and the fourth one in five years. This is Mississippi's first win at the Miss USA pageant. Branch represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant and placed in the Top 21.

Candidates from seventy-four countries and territories competed for the title. At the end of the event Claire Elizabeth Parker, Miss Grand International 2015 of Australia crowned Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia as her successor, making her the first Asian candidate to win the title. Meanwhile, the first to fourth vice-miss titles was awarded to the representatives of the Philippines, Thailand, Puerto Rico, and the United States, respectively.

Miss Grand United States 2016 was the first edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on May 28, 2016 at Leonard Nimoy Thalia, Symphony Space, New York City. Thirteen national delegates competed for the title, of whom the representative of New York, Michelle Leon, was announced the winner. She then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant in Las Vegas, and was named the fourth runner-up.

Miss Grand United States 2017 was the second edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on July 25, 2017 at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia, Symphony Space, New York City. Contestants from seventeen U.S. states competed for the title, of whom the representative of California, Taylor Kessler, was announced the winner. She then represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2017 in Vietnam, but did not qualify to the top 10 finalists.

Miss Grand United States 2021 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held at Joe's Live Rosemont, Rosemont, Illinois on June 20, 2021. Eighteen state representatives, either chosen through state pageants or national online casting, competed for the title, of whom the representative from North Carolina, Madison Callaghan, was announced the winner. She later represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand, but got a non-placement.

She then represented the country in the Miss Grand International 2022 in Indonesia, but got a non-placement.

Miss Grand Florida is a state-level female beauty pageant based in Florida, founded by Suzi Hosfeld in 2014. It is one of the preliminary stages for the Miss Grand USA national pageant. Since 2019, the competition license has belonged to a Miami-based event organizer, Golden Crown Productions, led by Haitian American nurse practitioner and radio personality, Jennifer Lovelace.
