Miss Grand Australia 2017 was the third edition of the Miss Grand Australia pageant, held on June 30, 2017, [1] at the Doltone House - Hyde Park, Sydney, [1] [2] where a 22-year-old model and marketing executive from the state of New South Wales, Kassandra Kashian, was announced the winner, [3] outclassing other fifteen candidates. [2] Meanwhile, Amelia Conway, Sophie Grosser, Maddison Clare, and Alana Thomas, were named runners-up. [3] Kassandra later represented the country at the parent international contest, Miss Grand International 2017, in Vietnam on October 25, [4] [5] and was placed among the top 20 finalists. [6] [7]

This edition was also considered the first Miss Grand Australia contest that was organized by Dani Fitch after she took over the franchise from a former licensee, Renera Thompson. [2]

Miss Grand Sri Lanka is an annual female beauty pageant in Sri Lanka, founded in 2016 by a Colombo-based designer and event organizer Brian Kerkoven, aiming to select the country representative to compete in its parent contest Miss Grand International. The contest was held twice in 2016 and 2018, after that the Sri Lankan candidates at Miss Grand International were appointed instead.

Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Vietnam beauty pageant. It was held on 1 October 2022 in Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Đoàn Thiên Ân of Long An was crowned the first ever Miss Grand Vietnam at the end of the event. She represented the country at Miss Grand International 2022, placing in the top 20.

Miss Grand Namibia was a Namibian female beauty pageant founded in 2015 by Magnolia Kuhanga, the chairperson of the Windhoek-based organizer, Magnolia Events Management. The pageant was declared defunct in late 2018 after the incorporation between the aforementioned national organizer and Miss Grand International Limited was not extended and no other domestic organizer was interested in the license. Originally, the winners of the contest, which was held three times—in 2015, 2016, and 2018—were expected to represent Namibia on its international parent platform, Miss Grand International. However, all three winners withdrew from the international pageant for unspecified reasons; only one of them was replaced by an appointed representative.

Miss Grand United Kingdom is a female beauty pageant in the United Kingdom, founded in 2015 by a Lancashire-based pageant organizer, Pageant Girls UK, chaired by Holly Louise, who was also the UK license holder for various other international pageants such as Miss Earth, Miss International and Miss Intercontinental. The winners of the contest, which usually comprises three or four titles, including Miss Grand England, Miss Grand Wales, Miss Grand Scotland, and Miss Grand Northern Ireland, represent their countries in the international parent contest, Miss Grand International. However, as the former licensee was unable to send the elected delegates to compete in the 2019 international contest in Venezuela, the competition license was transferred to Megan Darlington in 2020, and subsequently to Kathryn Fanshawe in mid-2022.

Miss Grand Australia 2018 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Australia pageant, held on June 16, 2018, at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sydney, where a 26-year-old Zimbabwe-born law student from Melbourne, Kimberly Gundani, was announced the winner, outclassing other forty-one finalists. Meanwhile, Chloe Maddison Ryan, Jasmine Leatham, Krishna Shukla, and Alana Thomas were named the runners-up. Kimberly later represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant in Myanmar, and was placed among the top 20 finalists.

Miss Grand France is a French female national beauty pageant, held annually since 2019. The contest's winners represent the country at its international parent platform, Miss Grand International. Before 2019, all country representatives in such an international contest were appointed; most of them were the Miss Prestige National finalists.

Miss Grand International 2017 was the fifth edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on October 25, 2017, at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, Phú Quốc, Vietnam. Contestants from seventy-seven countries and territories competed for the title, of whom María José Lora of Peru was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand International 2016, Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia, while the representatives of the Czech Republic, Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela were named the runners-up.

The fifth edition of the Miss Grand International pageant was held at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, Phú Quốc, Vietnam on October 25, 2017, in which candidates from 77 countries and territories participated. These candidates were elected as the country representatives through different methods, such as through the Miss Grand National which was held to select the country representative for Miss Grand International specifically, or appointed by another national pageant organizer, in which the main winner was sent to compete on other international stages. Some of them were assigned as the representatives without competing at any national pageant in this particular year.
