Miss Grand Italy (Italian : Miss Grand Italia) or Miss Grand International Italy is a national female beauty pageant in Italy, held annually since 2019, aiming to select the country representative for Miss Grand International, [1] [2] [3] [4] which is an annual international beauty pageant promoting World Peace and against all kinds of conflicts. [5] [6] The pageant has been being managed by a Benevento-based event organizer MUPI SRL., chaired by Giuseppe Puzio, since its establishment. [3] [7] [8]
Since the establishment of Miss Grand International, to date, Italy representatives have never won the contest. The current titleholder is Marika Nardoz of Lazio, who was crowned on 26 September 2021 at Cinecittà World in Rome, outclassing other 39 finalists. [4] [8]
Before the franchise acquiring of the current Italian national director Giuseppe Puzio in 2019, Italy has ever sent its representatives to compete at the Miss Grand international three times, including Katarina Chabrecekova in 2013, [9] Maria Grazia Murazzani in 2015, [10] and Martina Corrias in 2016. [11] However, all mentioned representatives have been appointed to the position by different licensees. The inaugural edition of Miss Grand Italy was held under the leadership of Puzio in Benevento on 10 September and was broadcast nationwide via the Italian Satellite television channel, Sky Italia N° 180, [12] in which Mirea Sorrentino from Pompeii was announced the winner, outclassing 39 other finalists, [13] and the contest has been held annually since then.
The national organizer has been franchising the regional competitions to individual agencies since their first edition in 2019, twelve regions held their regional pageants to select the national finalists for the first national edition, including Sicilia, Calabria, Basilicata, Campania, Molise, Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Lombardia, and Sardegna. [12] In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the national participants was dropped to 24. [2] [3]

Miss Grand Paraguay is an annual female beauty pageant based in Asunción of Paraguay, founded in 2017 by Gabriel Roman of MGM Productions, aiming to select the country representatives to compete in various international pageants including its parent pageant, Miss Grand International, in which Paraguay won the main title once in 2018, by Clara Sosa of Asunción, and was placed among the Top 20 semifinalists three times in 2017, 2019 and 2022 by Lía Ashmore, Milena Rodríguez and Agatha León, respectively.

During 2015 to 2021, the contest was run by Introducing Talent Sdn Bhd, under the leadership of Jude Benjamin Lisa. Since 2022, the franchise has belonged to the Singapore-based start-up HyperLive Entertainment.
Miss Grand Japan is a national female beauty pageant in Japan, held annually since 2015, aiming to select the country representative for Miss Grand International, which is an annual international beauty pageant promoting World Peace and against all kinds of conflicts. The pageant has been being organized by Miss Grand Japan Co., Ltd., headed by the first Miss Grand Japan Eriko Yoshii, since its establishment.
Miss Grand International 2019 is the 7th edition of Miss Grand International pageant, was held on October 25, 2019, at Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela, where for the first time in the pageant history the host country delegate won the crown. The nineteen-year-old Valentina Figuera was the first Venezuelan representative to win the title since the establishment of the contest. As was normal for the event, she was crowned by her immediate predecessor, Clara Sosa of Paraguay.
Miss Grand International 2016 was the fourth Miss Grand International pageant, held at the Westgate International Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, on October 25, 2016, the first time the contest was held outside Thailand. Candidates from seventy-four countries and territories competed for the title. At the end of the event Claire Elizabeth Parker, Miss Grand International 2015 of Australia crowned Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia as her successor, making her the first Asian candidate to win the title. Meanwhile, the first to fourth vice-miss titles was awarded to the representatives of the Philippines, Thailand, Puerto Rico, and the United States, respectively.
Miss Grand International 2023 was the 11th edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on October 25, 2023 at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At the end of the event, Luciana Fuster of Peru was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin of Brazil, making her the second Peruvian candidate to win the title and crowned in Vietnam.
Miss Grand Venezuela 2022 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Venezuela beauty pageant, held at Teatro Municipal of Caracas in the Capital District on 13 August 2022. Twenty-two national delegates, chosen through various state pageants, participated in the contest, of which, Valentina Martínez of Anzoátegui was named the winner and was crowned by Vanessa Coello Miss Grand Venezuela 2021, she will later represent the country at Miss Grand International 2023, which was scheduled to be held in October 2023 in Vietnam.
Miss Grand Cambodia is an annual female beauty pageant in Cambodia, founded in 2015 by BKA Entertainment chaired by a Thai businessperson in Cambodia Boonkerd Angamnuaysiri, the finalists of the contest have been sent to participate in various international contests including its parent stage, Miss Grand International. In 2020, The pageant patent was transferred to a Phnom Penh-based event organizer managed by Sophin In, Mohahang Production, and then to a cosmetics and dietary supplement retailer, HK 7 Co., Ltd., headed by Sokunthea Im, in 2023.
Miss Grand Italy 2022 was the 4th edition of the Miss Grand Italy beauty pageant, held from 14 – 18 September 2022 at Grand Hotel Pianeta Maratea, Maratea in the Province of Potenza. Thirty-nine contestants chosen by various local organizers through their regional pageant competed for the title, of which an eighteen-year-old girl Miriam Malerba from Apulia was named the winner. Malerba later represented the country at the international competition, Miss Grand International 2022, held in Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia on 25 October. but got non-placement.
Miss Grand Colombia is an annual female beauty pageant in Colombia, founded in 2018 by Top 3 Latam chaired by Neyder Duarte. Previously, the country representatives were selected by the International Portfolio Agency headed by Elías Tobón and Mara Borrego, either by handpicking or through their national pageant, Miss Earth Colombia. Currently, the franchise belongs to the Bogota-based modeling agency, Casa De Reinas SAS which owns and runs the Miss Grand Colombia beauty contest since 2022.
Miss Grand Ecuador is an Ecuadorian female national beauty pageant launched in 2021 by the Concurso Nacional de Belleza Ecuador organization, directed by Tahiz Panus and Miguel Panus, with the aim of selecting a country representative to participate in its parent pageant, Miss Grand International. Previously, the competition franchise belonged to Maria del Carmen Aguayo, who usually chose the runners-up or national finalists from her national pageant, Miss Ecuador, to partake in such an international competition.
Miss Grand Philippines is a female national beauty pageant in the Philippines, launched in 2014 by John Dela Vega, who was also the founder of the "Haus of JDV," one of the country's most recognized pageant training camps. The winner of the contest represents the country at its parent international platform, Miss Grand International. In cooperation with the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI), some national finalists of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant were assigned to participate in the Miss Grand International pageant in 2013 and 2015.
Miss Grand United Kingdom is a female beauty pageant in the United Kingdom, founded in 2015 by a Lancashire-based pageant organizer, Pageant Girls UK, chaired by Holly Louise, who was also the UK license holder for various other international pageants such as Miss Earth, Miss International and Miss Intercontinental. The winners of the contest, which usually comprises three or four titles, including Miss Grand England, Miss Grand Wales, Miss Grand Scotland, and Miss Grand Northern Ireland, represent their countries in the international parent contest, Miss Grand International. However, as the former licensee was unable to send the elected delegates to compete in the 2019 international contest in Venezuela, the competition license was transferred to Megan Darlington in 2020, and subsequently to Kathryn Fanshawe in mid-2022.
Miss Grand Albania is an Albanian female beauty pageant founded in 2014 by a Pristina-based event organizer chaired by Sherif Pacolli, Lens Production. In 2018, the competition license was later transferred to the modeling agency managed by Aleks Tanushi, Aleks Fashion Events (A.F.E.), and its headquarters was also relocated to Tirana. The pageant winner represents the country at its international parent contest, Miss Grand International.
Miss Grand Kosovo is a national Beauty pageant in Kosovo founded by a Pristina-based event organizer chaired by Sherif Pacolli, Lens Production. The pageant winner represents the country at its international parent contest, Miss Grand International. From 2014 to 2018, the pageant was held in parallel with the Miss Grand Albania competition as Miss Grand Albania & Kosovo, but after Aleks Tanushi of Aleks Fashion Events (A.F.E.) took over the Albanian franchise in 2018, it was instead organized as a stand-alone pageant from 2019–2021.
Miss Grand Italy 2023 was the fifth edition of the Miss Grand Italy pageant, held on 11 June 2023, at the Grand Hotel Pianeta Maratea, in the Province of Potenza. Forty-five candidates from different regions of the country competed for the title, of whom a 24-year-old Venezuelan-Italian professional model representing Aosta Valley, Andrea Zanettin, was named the main winner, while a 14-year-old girl from Naples, Aurora Fretta, was announced the winner of the Mascot category.
