Miss Grand Chile 2017 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Chile beauty pageant, held on September 22, 2017, at the Centro de Eventos Music Palace, Talca. [1] [2] Nine contestants representing nine cities competed for the title, of whom the representative of La Florida, Nicole Ebnerand, was named the winner. She then represented Chile at Miss Grand International 2017 held on October 25 in Vietnam, [2] but got a non-placement. [3]

In addition to crowning such the winner, the Miss Supranational Chile 2017 title was also awarded to Konstanza Schmidt of Quillota, [2] and one of the finalists, María Flores of Concepción, was later assigned to participate at the international event held in Myanmar in the following year. [4] [5]

CNB Ecuador 2020 was the first edition of Conncurso Nacional de Belleza Ecuador, after Miss World Ecuador pageant was renamed. This pageant selects the representatives to Miss World 2021, Miss Supranational 2021 and Miss Grand International 2020. The pageant was planned to be held on May 23, 2020 in the city of Portoviejo, Manabí; but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was cancelled and the pageant was held in a virtual selection where Ámar Pacheco resulted as the eventual winner. Ámar won the title. For obtaining the highest score in the Fast Tracks. The announcement of the results of the selection was made on the same planned date through Instagram. For very first time, the organization allows cities to be represented at the pageant. Among the contestants, the organization selected the representatives to Miss World 2020, Miss Supranational 2020, Miss Grand International 2020 and Miss Intercontinental 2020. The representatives were official crowned in a special ceremony held September 1 on De Casa en Casa TV show. The four contestants were previously chosen in a virtual selection due to the Covid-19 pandemic, was streaming by TC Television. Mariuxi Idrovo, Miss World Ecuador 2019, crowned her successor, Ámar Pacheco at the event. And the others representatives was crowned preceded by Justeen Cruz, Lisseth Naranjo and Paola Zamora..

In 2019, the pageant license was consigned to Keno Manzur, and subsequently transferred to Cristian Chanaca and Gabriel Alfonsino in 2021, however, Gabriel later withdrew from the director team in 2023.

This will be the second time for Vietnam to host the contest; the first was in 2017 at the Vinpearl Convention Center on Phú Quốc island. Miss Grand Ecuador is an Ecuadorian female national beauty pageant launched in 2021 by the Concurso Nacional de Belleza Ecuador organization, directed by Tahiz Panus and Miguel Panus, with the aim of selecting a country representative to participate in its parent pageant, Miss Grand International. Previously, the competition franchise belonged to Maria del Carmen Aguayo, who usually chose the runners-up or national finalists from her national pageant, Miss Ecuador, to partake in such an international competition.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss Grand Chile 2021</span> 3rd edition of the Miss Grand Chile competition

Miss Grand Chile 2021 was the third edition of the Miss Grand Chile beauty pageant, held on September 25, 2021 at the Criss Chacana Model Agency, Iquique. Eight contestants competed for the right to represent the country at the Miss Grand International 2021 in Thailand, of whom Vanessa Echeverría of San Pedro de Atacama was elected the winner, but she got a non-plcement after participating at the aforementioned international contest.

Miss Grand Colombia 2018 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Colombia beauty pageant, held on February 11, 2018, at the BH Tempo Hotel in Villeta, Cundinamarca. At the end of the event, Génesis Quintero of Orinoquía was named the winner, outclassing the other four contestants, and was expected to represent Colombia at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant in Myanmar. The organizer, however, forced her to resign due to health issues following breast augmentation; she was not physically fit to participate, as claimed by the director, as well as a financial conflict between them. The organizer then also relinquished the competition license to the Miss Colombia organization ,which later nominated Sheyla Quizena, a 21-year-old international business student, as the new country representative for the aforementioned international contest, but Sheyla did not get any placements in such an event.
