Miss Grand United States 2016 was the first edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on May 28, 2016 at Leonard Nimoy Thalia, Symphony Space, New York City. [1] Thirteen national delegates competed for the title, of whom the representative of New York, Michelle Leon, was announced the winner. [1] She then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant in Las Vegas, [2] [3] and was named the fourth runner-up. [3] [4] [5]

Miss Teen USA 2019 was the 37th Miss Teen USA pageant. It was held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, on April 28, 2019, and was hosted by Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez and Tim Tialdo. Hailey Colborn of Kansas crowned her successor Kaliegh Garris of Connecticut at the end of the event. This was the first time in the history of Miss Teen USA winning back-to-back titles by African Americans.

Miss USA 2020 was the 69th Miss USA pageant. It was held at the Exhibition Centre and the Soundstage at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 9, 2020. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila and Allie LaForce served as hosts, while Cheslie Kryst and Christian Murphy served as backstage commentators, and Haley Reinhart performed. Cheslie Kryst of North Carolina crowned Asya Branch of Mississippi as her successor at the end of the event. Branch is the second consecutive African American to win the title, and the fourth one in five years. This is Mississippi's first win at the Miss USA pageant. Branch represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant and placed in the Top 21.

Miss USA 2021 was the 70th Miss USA pageant, held at the Paradise Cove Theater of River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 29, 2021. The edition marked the first year of the competition under Crystle Stewart's directorship.

Miss Grand Dominican Republic is a female national beauty pageant in the Dominican Republic, founded in 2016 by a Dominican American business person, Chantel Martinez, with the aim of selecting a country representative to participate in its parent pageant, Miss Grand International. After Chantel Martinez ended the partnership with the Miss Grand International in 2019, the competition franchise was taken over by different local organizers, such as the Iconic Model Search Inc. of Joe Amhed (2022) and Misses of Dominican Republic-related personels.

Miss Grand United States 2017 was the second edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on July 25, 2017 at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia, Symphony Space, New York City. Contestants from seventeen U.S. states competed for the title, of whom the representative of California, Taylor Kessler, was announced the winner. She then represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2017 in Vietnam, but did not qualify to the top 10 finalists.

Miss Grand United States 2019 was the third edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held on August 11, 2019 at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Lake County, Illinois. Contestants from twenty-eight U.S. states competed for the title, of whom the representative of Nevada, Emily Irene Delgado, was named the winner. She then represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2019 in Venezuela on 25 October, but got a non-placement.

Miss Grand United States 2021 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand USA pageant, held at Joe's Live Rosemont, Rosemont, Illinois on June 20, 2021. Eighteen state representatives, either chosen through state pageants or national online casting, competed for the title, of whom the representative from North Carolina, Madison Callaghan, was announced the winner. She later represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand, but got a non-placement.
