Club Air was an airline based in Verona, Italy operating domestic flights within Italy and international flights to Albania, France, Moldova, Kosovo, Romania and Ukraine. It had a hub at Verona Airport.

On Air was a broker airline based in Pescara, Italy. It started operations in 2006 and operated international services within Europe using wet leased aircraft, mainly from Blue Air, Avanti Air and Ukraine International. Its main base was Abruzzo International Airport, Pescara. It closed in 2012.

Windrose Airlines, legally Wind Rose Aviation Company, is a Ukrainian charter airline based at Boryspil International Airport. Founded on 28 October 2003, the airline's headquarters is in Kyiv; it operates charter flights to destinations in Europe, Turkey, and Egypt.

Joint stock company Royal Flight Airlines, formerly Abakan-Avia, was a charter airline based in Abakan, Republic of Khakassia, Russia. It operated charter services between Russian cities and various holiday destinations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. Its main base was the Abakan Airport (ABA).
