Lishui Airport is a under-construction civil and military dual-use airport being built to serve the city of Lishui in Zhejiang Province,China. The airport project began in 2009,and it received approval from the national government and the Central Military Commission in December 2016. [1]
The construction budget for the airport is CN¥2.64 billion,of which 40% is provided by CAAC,20% from the National Development and Reform Commission,and 20% from Zhejiang Provincial Government. [1] It is scheduled to open in 2021. [2]
The airport will have a 2,800-metre (9,200 ft) runway (class 4C),a 12,000 square metres (130,000 sq ft) terminal building, [1] and six aircraft parking spots. It is projected to serve 1 million passengers and 4000 tons of cargo annually by 2025. [2]
Lishui is a prefecture-level city in the southwest of Zhejiang province,People's Republic of China. It borders Quzhou,Jinhua and Taizhou to the north,Wenzhou to the southeast,and the province of Fujian to the southwest. The name of the city literally means "Beautiful Waters."

It replaced the old Bajialing Airport,which was shut down in 1995. Jinhua–Wenzhou high-speed railway,also known as Jinhua–Lishui–Wenzhou high-speed railway as well as the Jinhua–Wenzhou railway expansion renovation project,is a high-speed railway operated by China Railway Shanghai Group in Zhejiang province. This line follows a similar route to the conventional Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway but has stations unique to this line. It connects the cities of Jinhua and Wenzhou,via Wuyi County,Yongkang,Jinyun County,Lishui,Qingtian County,Wenzhou's Ouhai and Lucheng District. It then connects the following railways Shanghai–Kunming high-speed railway's Hangzhou–Changsha section and Hangzhou–Fuzhou–Shenzhen high-speed railway's Ningbo–Taizhou–Wenzhou Railway and Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway sections.

Wuhu Xuanzhou Airport is an airport built to replace the commercial airline service of the old Wuhu Wanli Airport,and serves the cities of Wuhu and Xuancheng in Anhui Province,China. The airport is located in Wanzhi Town,Wanzhi District,about 48 kilometres (30 mi) from downtown Wuhu City and 30 kilometres (19 mi) from downtown Xuancheng. It began in June 2012,and it took four years to select the airport site from the original ten candidates. It received approval from the national government in 2016.

Shannan Longzi Airport is a dual-use military and civilian airport in Shannan,Tibet and is located at an elevation of 3,980 metres (13,060 ft). It is around 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the seat of Longzi County in Shannan City,Tibet Autonomous Region,and is about 45 kilometres (28 mi) from the disputed border of Arunachal Pradesh. The airport is designed to have a 4,500 metres (14,800 ft) long runway with 7 parking stands and is expected to handle 180,000 passengers per year by 2030. Shannan Airport handled its first flight on 12 January 2023.
