Winterton and Thealby railway station was a station built by the North Lindsey Light Railway in Winterton, Lincolnshire, on their line from Scunthorpe to Winteringham. The station was opened on 3 September 1906 and closed to passengers in 1925. The line closed entirely in 1964. [1] [2]
The first train on the line operated from Dawes Lane as far as this station.

Nocton and Dunston railway station served Nocton and Dunston in Lincolnshire which shared a GNR/GER Joint railway station until it was closed for passengers in 1955 and freight in 1964. Trains still run along the Peterborough to Lincoln Line, but do not stop at the former station. When travelling along the B1188 road from Lincoln to Sleaford visitors can see the old station house on the opposite side of the road from the quarry.
Woodhall Spa railway station was a station in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire on a small branch line running north from Woodhall Junction to Horncastle. Both the station and the line are now closed.
New Bolingbroke railway station was a station which served the village of New Bolingbroke in East Lindsey, Lincolnshire. The station was on the Kirkstead and Little Steeping Railway which ran between Lincoln and Firsby. The branch line was sometimes called the "New Line". The station and line opened in 1913 and closed in 1970. The site is now occupied by a reclaimers and antiques yard.
Holton Village Halt was a railway halt on the East Lincolnshire Railway which served the village of Holton-le-Clay in Lincolnshire between 1905 and 1961. The station, which opened as part of a new motor train service between Grimsby and Louth, was the second station to serve the village after Holton-le-Clay and Tetney situated further to the south. The line through Holton-le-Clay remained open for freight until December 1980.
Howsham railway station was a station in Howsham, Lincolnshire on the line between Grimsby and Lincoln, England. The station opened in 1848 closed on 1 November 1965 as were many neighbouring stations, however the line it stood on remains open.

Elsham railway station is a former railway station in Elsham, Lincolnshire, England. The station was opened by the Trent, Ancholme and Grimsby Railway on 1 October 1866 and like other T. A. & G. stations had staggered platforms. The station was the most easterly of the T. A. & G. stations the line, situated just a few miles from Wrawby Junction, Barnetby where it joined the M. S. & L. R. towards Grimsby. It was formally closed by British Rail on 3 October 1993.
Caythorpe railway station was a station in Caythorpe, Lincolnshire. Built to serve the nearby village of the same name. It was on the Grantham and Lincoln railway line, between Honington junction and Leadenham, onwards to Navenby, Harmston, Waddington to Lincoln. The line was owned by the Great Northern Railway. The station closed for passengers in 1962, for goods in 1964 and the line closed in 1965 as part of the Beeching rationalisation of the UK railway system. The site now houses a recycling centre for household waste.
Navenby railway station was a railway station in Navenby, Lincolnshire on the Grantham and Lincoln railway line. The station closed for passengers in 1962 and freight in 1964 but the line remained open until it was closed in 1965 as part of the Beeching Axe.

Medge Hall Halt was a small railway station in Lincolnshire, on the Doncaster to Cleethorpes Line, close to the border with Yorkshire. It served the local Medge Hall. The station was opened by the South Yorkshire Railway in September 1859. It closed in 1960, though the line it stood on is still open.
West Halton railway station was a station in West Halton, Lincolnshire. The station was built by the North Lindsey Light Railway on its line from Scunthorpe railway station to Whitton in north Lincolnshire. The station was opened with the first section of the line on 3 September 1906; the line was extended from West Halton to Winteringham Haven on 15 July 1907. Following this extension, the passenger service along the line consisted of three trains each way between Scunthorpe and Winteringham, which called at Winterton and Thealby and West Halton. The station closed on 13 July 1925.
Whitton railway station was a railway station, built by the North Lindsey Light Railway in Whitton, Lincolnshire. It was the northern terminus of the line from Scunthorpe railway station. It opened in 1907 and closed for passengers in 1925 and goods in 1951.
Scunthorpe railway station was a small railway station, the original southern terminus of the North Lindsey Light Railway situated adjacent to the level crossing on Dawes Lane and about 1⁄2 mile east of the present mainline station, opened in 1926, and about 1⁄8 mile east of Frodingham railway station, Scunthorpe's first station.
The Lincolnshire loop line was a 58-mile (93 km) double-track railway built by the Great Northern Railway, that linked Peterborough to Lincoln via Spalding and Boston.
Grainsby Halt was a railway halt on the East Lincolnshire Railway which served the hamlet of Grainsby in Lincolnshire between 1905 and 1952. The station, which opened as part of a new motor train service between Grimsby and Louth, was opened to serve a Victorian hall situated 2 miles (3.2 km) to the west. The station, one of the smallest to be taken over by British Railways on nationalisation in 1947, never really justified its existence and closed in 1952 following a period of temporary closure during the Second World War. The line through Grainsby remained open for freight until December 1980.
Hainton Street Halt was a railway halt on the East Lincolnshire Railway which served the Welholme Road area of Grimsby in Lincolnshire between 1905 and 1961. The station was opened as part of a new motor train service between Grimsby and Louth. The station briefly closed in 1939 as a Second World War economy measure, but reopened in 1940. The line through Hainton Street remained open for freight until December 1980. The trackbed was later reused by Humberside County Council to construct the A16 Peaks Parkway which now runs through the site. Building of the road put an end to the aspirations of the Great Northern and East Lincolnshire Railway plc to reopen the line as a heritage railway.
