National Highway 122 is a national highway of India. This highway runs entirely in the state of Bihar. [1] It is a spur road of National Highway 22. NH-122 was previously numbered NH-28. [2]

The road continues as SH 10 (WB), which connects Gazole to Hili near Bangladesh Border. The highway is being made 4 lane currently between Unnao & Raebareli, between Katihar & Begusarai, between Ghazipur & Ballia, between Bakhtiyarpur & Nawada & between Mokama & Barh. 4 lane part is already operational between Raebareli & Ghazipur.

Before renumbering of national highways, NH-46 was variously numbered as old national highways 3, 12 & 69.
