State Route 66 is a state highway in the U.S. state of California that runs along a section of old U.S. Route 66 in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. It goes from State Route 210 in La Verne east to Interstate 215 in San Bernardino, passing through Claremont, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Rialto along Foothill Boulevard. Few maps actually display the road as I-345; signposts on the road show US 75 northbound, while southbound the highway is signed as I-45. In recent years, a debate over whether to maintain or decommission I-345 has received increased attention from several Dallas media outlets. TxDOT elected to maintain the freeway by lowering it below ground and removing frontage roads.

New York State Route 366 (NY 366) is an east–west state highway located entirely within Tompkins County in the Finger Lakes region of New York in the United States. It runs for 9.40 miles (15.13 km) from State Street (NY 79) just east of downtown Ithaca to NY 38 in Freeville. NY 366 parallels Fall Creek from Varna to Freeville and passes along the southern edge of the Cornell University campus. NY 366 was assigned as part of the 1930 renumbering of state highways in New York; however, it was initially nothing more than a connector between NY 13 in Etna and NY 38 in Freeville. In the 1960s, NY 13 was moved onto a new expressway bypassing Ithaca to the west and north. The former surface routing of NY 13 into downtown Ithaca became an extension of NY 366.

Spur 366, also named the Woodall Rodgers Freeway, is a freeway that connects Beckley Avenue and Singleton Boulevard in West Dallas to Interstate 35E and U.S. Highway 75 in central Dallas, Texas. The highway, as part of the downtown freeway loop, also serves as a dividing line between downtown Dallas on the south and the Uptown and Victory Park neighborhoods on the north.

Mississippi Highway 366 (MS 366) is a highway in Prentiss County, Mississippi. It starts at MS 370 at the Lee–Prentiss county line in the west. The route intersects many county routes as it travels eastward to MS 371, its eastern terminus. The route was designated in 1957, and became fully paved by 1971.

State Route 366 is an east–west state highway in the western portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. SR 366 has its western terminus at a T-intersection with U.S. Route 33 nearly 1.50 miles (2.41 km) northwest of Lakeview. The route's eastern terminus is at State Route 117 about 1.50 miles (2.41 km) north of Huntsville. SR 366 runs along the western and southern edge of Indian Lake and provides access to homes and recreational facilities along the lake shoreline. SR 366 was designated in 1939, and was extended in 1961.

Maryland Route 12 is a state highway on the Eastern Shore in the U.S. state of Maryland. The route runs 30.57 mi (49.20 km) from the Virginia border south of Stockton, Worcester County, where it continues into Virginia as State Route 679, north to Main Street in the city of Salisbury in Wicomico County. The route is known as Snow Hill Road for most of its length and passes mostly through areas of woods and farms as well as the communities of Stockton, Girdletree, and Snow Hill. MD 12 intersects several roads including MD 366 in Stockton, U.S. Route 113 and US 113 Business in Snow Hill, MD 354 in Indiantown, and US 13 near Salisbury. Portions of MD 12 near Snow Hill and Stockton existed as unnumbered state roads by 1910. When the first state highways in Maryland were designated by 1927, MD 12 was assigned to run from Stockton north to Salisbury. By 1940, the route was extended south to the Virginia border and a small incomplete portion between Snow Hill and Salisbury was finished. A dumbbell interchange is planned at the US 113 intersection; however, this project is currently on hold.

Maryland Route 366 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. Known for much of its length as Stockton Road, the state highway runs 11.17 miles (17.98 km) from U.S. Route 13 Business in Pocomoke City east to George Island Landing on Chincoteague Bay. MD 366 is the main east–west highway of southern Worcester County, connecting US 13 in Pocomoke City with MD 12 in Stockton. The state highway was constructed starting in the mid-1910s from the Pocomoke City end. MD 366 was completed between Pocomoke City and Stockton in the early 1920s. The state highway was extended east to George Island Landing in the mid-1930s.

Pennsylvania Route 366 is a 14.8-mile-long (23.8 km) state highway located in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania. The western terminus is at PA 28 in Tarentum. The eastern terminus is at PA 66 in Murrysville. The last 1/2 mile of the Red Belt route of the Allegheny County belt system runs along PA 366 in Tarentum from its eastbound beginning at the PA 28 interchange to the intersection of Freeport Rd. and Ross St. where the Red Belt terminates.

U.S. Route 366 or US 366 was the designation of two child routes of the former U.S. Route 66 in New Mexico and Texas in the United States during the late 1920s and 1930s. Both alignments of US 366 were original U.S. Routes created in 1927. The first alignment was a route from El Paso, Texas to Amarillo, Texas crossing through New Mexico that existed until 1931. The second was a route from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Willard, New Mexico that was previously assigned a different route number before 1932. That alignment was canceled in 1939.
