The 2024 Ohio Republican presidential primary was held on March 19, 2024, as part of the Republican Party primaries for the 2024 presidential election. 79 delegates to the 2024 Republican National Convention were allocated on a winner-take-all basis. [2] The contest was held alongside primaries in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, and Kansas.
The filing deadline for the Ohio primary was on December 20, 2023, and the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio published the list of certified candidates on January 9, 2024. [3]
