The American National Bank Building is a historic bank building located in Alamosa, Colorado. The two-story Arcaded Block-style building was constructed in 1909. The building's most distinctive architectural features are the tall, evenly spaced, rounded arches on the north and west sides of the building. [2] The bank closed in 1951. It was occupied by a floral shop beginning in 1979. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 1999. It "was intended to show faith in the future of Alamosa" and it represents expansion to the area due to the Homestead Act of 1909. [2]

Alamosa County is a county located in the U.S. state of Colorado. As of the 2020 census, the population was 16,376. The county seat is Alamosa. The county name is the Spanish language word for a grove of cottonwood trees.
Old Colorado City, formerly Colorado City, was once a town, but it is now a neighborhood within the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Its commercial district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It was founded during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush of 1859 and was involved in the mining industry, both as a supply hub and as a gold ore processing center beginning in the 1890s. Residents of Colorado City worked at some of the 50 coal mines of the Colorado Springs area. It was briefly the capital of the Colorado Territory. For many years, Colorado Springs prohibited the use of alcohol within its border due to the lifestyle of Colorado City's opium dens, bordellos, and saloons. It is now a tourist area, with boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants.
The Montgomery Ward Building is a historic department store building in downtown Pueblo, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. Currently used as an office building, it houses the American Bank of Commerce, the Colorado Lottery, and the Pueblo Work Force Center. Previously it was occupied by QualMed as its headquarters.
The American Bank Note Company Building is a five-story building at 70 Broad Street in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. The building was designed by architects Kirby, Petit & Green in the neo-classical style, and contains almost 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of space, with offices and residences on the upper floors. The exterior consists of a main facade on Broad Street with two columns, as well as side facades with pilasters on Beaver and Marketfield Streets.

William Ellsworth Fisher was an architect who founded the Denver, Colorado firm that became Fisher & Fisher.
John James Huddart (1856–1930), known usually as John J. Huddart, was a British born and trained architect who practised out of Denver, Colorado in the United States. At the end of the Nineteenth century he was one of Denver's leading architects, known for his work on public buildings and as a courthouse architect. His practice lasted from 1882 to 1930 and commissions included Charles Boettcher House in Denver, Colorado's Fort Morgan State Armory, Denver's Filbeck Building, and six of Colorado's county courthouses.
First Baptist Church is a historic church at 408 State Avenue in Alamosa, Colorado. It was built in 1907 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church is a historic church at 727 4th Street in Alamosa, Colorado. It was built in 1922 in a Mission Revival/Spanish Revival style and was added to the National Register in 1998.
The St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Alamosa, Colorado is a historic Mission Revival-style church at 607 Fourth Street. It was built in 1926 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
Frederick Albert Hale was an American architect who practiced in states including Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. According to a 1977 NRHP nomination for the Keith-O'Brien Building in Salt Lake City, "Hale worked mostly in the classical styles and seemed equally adept at Beaux-Arts Classicism, Neo-Classical Revival or Georgian Revival." He also employed Shingle and Queen Anne styles for several residential structures. A number of his works are listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Farmer's Bank of Carson Valley is a historic bank building located at 1596 Esmeralda Avenue in Minden, Nevada. The building was built in 1909 to house the Farmer's Bank of Carson Valley, which was chartered in the same year. H. F. Dangberg, the founder of Minden, commissioned the building, which was only the second building built in the town. In 1918, the bank outgrew its original building and moved to a larger building across the street. After the bank left the building, it was occupied by the Minden Post Office until 1974. The building has housed a variety of businesses since and is currently occupied by the Bank Parlor and Pub.

The Montezuma Valley National Bank and Store Building, at 2-8 Main St. in Cortez, Colorado, was built in 1909. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
The Alamosa County Courthouse, at 702 Fourth St. in Alamosa, Colorado, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
The First National Bank Building, also known as the American National Bank of Denver, Colorado was originally built as the headquarters building in 1911. Located at the corner of 17th and Stout Streets, it is now the Magnolia Hotel. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. In 2000, it became part of the Downtown Denver Historic District.
The Earl School, near Earl, Colorado in Las Animas County, Colorado, was built in 1909. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013. It is a rare example of a surviving building associated with rural black Americans in Colorado.
Husung Hardware is a building that was constructed in 1936 in Alamosa, Colorado with a terracotta facade and stylized ornamentation. The two-story brick building possesses the distinctive characteristics of Art Deco, a style not well represented in Alamosa County or in other small towns across the state. The well-preserved building is considered to be one of the best small town expressions of Art Deco in the state. On January 28, 2000, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Steamboat Springs Downtown Historic District is a historic district covering about six blocks which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
