Hebei is a province in North China. Hebei is China's sixth most-populous province,with over 75 million people. Shijiazhuang is the capital city. The province is 96% Han Chinese,3% Manchu,0.8% Hui,and 0.3% Mongol. Varieties of Chinese spoken include Jilu Mandarin,the Beijing dialect of Mandarin,and Jin Chinese.

It is the founding place of several major schools of Chan Buddhism. However,many former religious building complexes have been severely damaged throughout history. A noted temple is the Longxing Monastery,where the historical building ensemble has been preserved almost intact. Furthermore,four famous pagodas,each with its own architectural style,are still standing.
Air Changan is a Chinese domestic airline. Its main operating base is Xi'an Xianyang International Airport,serving several cities in Shaanxi Province. Initially an independent carrier,Air Changan merged with Hainan Airlines in 2000 and was later absorbed into that airline. Air Changan resumed service as an independent airline in May 2016,providing flights to four Chinese cities with three Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Langfang is a prefecture-level city of Hebei Province,and was known as Tianjin Prefecture until 1973. It was renamed Langfang Prefecture after Tianjin became a municipality and finally upgraded into a prefecture-level city in 1988. Langfang is located approximately midway between Beijing and Tianjin. At the 2020 census,the population of Langfang was 5,464,087,of whom 1,147,591 lived in the built-up area made of Guangyang and Anci districts;its total area is around 6,417.28 km2 (2,477.73 sq mi). Langfang borders Baoding to the southwest,Cangzhou to the south,Beijing to the north and Tianjin to the east. Sanhe City and Dachang Hui County are now conurbated with Beijing,so that they form part of the same built-up area. Langfang is the smallest prefecture-level city of Hebei Province by land area.

Jing-Jin-Ji cluster is an expanded urban agglomeration consisting of Beijing (Jing),Tianjin (Jin),and Hebei (Ji). It is the biggest urban agglomeration region in North China,including an economic region surrounding the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin,and along the coast of the Bohai Sea. This emerging region is rising as a northern metropolitan region rivaling the Pearl River Delta in the south and the Yangtze River Delta in the east. In 2020,Jingjinji had a total population of 110 million people,comparable to that of the Philippines.
