The Sinda District is a district of Zambia, located in the Eastern Province. [1] [2] It was created in 2012 by taking part of Petauke District and part of Katete District. [1] It consists of two constituencies, namely Sinda and Kapoche. [3] [2] [4] As of the 2022 Zambian Census, the district had a population of 161,595 people. [5]

Eastern Province is one of Zambia's ten provinces. Kasama District is a district of Northern Province, Zambia. The district capital is Kasama. As of the 2022 Zambian Census, the district had a population of 348,552 people. It consists of two constituencies, namely Kasama Central and Lukashya.
Chama District with the headquarters at Chama is the largest district of the Eastern Province in Zambia and includes a large wilderness in the Upper Luangwa valley just north-east of the North Luangwa National Park. It is made up of two constituencies, namely Chama North and Chama South.
