As of the 2010 United States census, there were 718 people, 497 households, and 136 families residing in the CDP. [10]
As of the census [3] of 2000, there were 742 people, 395 households, and 169 families living in the CDP. The population density was 1,909.9/km2 (5,100.7/mi2). There were 429 housing units at an average density of 1,104.3/km2 (2,949.1/mi2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 93.26% White (88.7% were Non-Hispanic White), [11] 1.89% African American, 0.13% Native American, 0.81% Asian, 0.54% Pacific Islander, 1.75% from other races, and 1.62% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.66% of the population.
In 2000, there were 395 households, out of which 22.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 23.5% were married couples living together, 13.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 57.0% were non-families. 43.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.88 and the average family size was 2.60.
In 2000, in the CDP, the population was spread out, with 18.1% under the age of 18, 10.0% from 18 to 24, 44.2% from 25 to 44, 20.2% from 45 to 64, and 7.5% who were 65 years of age or older.
